The BLR probably will increase increase some more, will it be wise if we apply fixed rate housing loan rather than fixed rate loan? It is -2.4, so 4.45 now for floating rate.

There are many service apartments nowadays. Some come with residential title while the other is with commercial. What is the differences between these two? Which would you prefer? Or you don't care about it?

Progressive interest

Progressive interest are calculated and charged base on the amount of money release to the developer. Once the construction of our unit is complete, our monthly payment will increase also. Correct me if I am wrong.

Question: Will I pay less or same progressive interest if I purchase higher floor because the lower floor will complete? first
