renovate my new house

I bought a new double storey house 20x70 2 years ago. Maybe next month i will get the key (hopefully). My priority plan is to extend the house for the kitchen since there is 15ft at the back. i do some research, read this thread and asked my friends about their own experience to get feedback. I dont want get a serious problems during the renovation work. Small problem can accept :-)

Since GST will be implemented in April, i tried to find a few contractors.But not of them can give exact budget. they cannot get real figure or make site visit because the house still in final stage construction.

Finally, i deal with one contractor. He said, if i book with them, any changes in price will not effect due GST implementation. His company quite popular in my area. they also have office completed with interior design sample.

I'm not sure if the quotation is reasonable. Here i breakdown the quotation.

1) Extend behind 15ftx20ft (include knoking original toilet and kitchen wall, plaster ceiling and use genting roof) - RM27500.
2) New toilet (including tiles up to ceiling, floor tiles and toilet accesories - RM3500
3) Kitchen wall tiles work - RM3400
4) Kitchen floor tiles including mosaic with aluminium frame for main hole - RM2850
5) Table top kitchen L shape 20ft include double sink stainless steel - RM3200
6) Down Cabinet kitchen using fomega solid for my L shape table top include 1 drawer - RM2200
7) Upper Cabinet fomega solid 15ft including basket aluminium - RM3150
8) Stairs panel 14ft length to cover entire stair using fomega laminate and including magnet door - RM4000

9) Separate toilet at 2nd floor for 2nd and 3rd bed room (including all the waterproof work, tiles and accesories) - RM4500
10) Plaster ceiling for my living room (simple design) - RM1200
11) Painting work inside and outside for extended kitchen - RM800

So total is around RM55885.

Maybe this is quiet detail. is it reasonable price?

BTW, if use concrete slab, just add RM2500, but i dont have planning to extend 2nd floor. I still not decide the design since my contractor also help me to design the interior. And all the work not including electrical wiring. My budget is very tight, around RM70K. I'm not sure if it is enough to cover 2 more main works- electrical wiring including the accesories and grill. and i need to prepare for other unexpected cost.
