[HELP] TPLINK 4G router connecting to ARCHER D9

Hello guys, i've been trying to solve this problem couples of day with no solution.

Currently im using my 4g router as dhcp server and connect to my d9 router via lan and i disable dhcp on my d9 to make sure i can get the connection from 4g router.

Problem is now the internet connection is being handle by my 4g router and not d9 router.

My current setup on 4g router is 192.168.1.1(default gateway) with DHCP enable starting with 192.168.1.100 , on my d9 router i set my lan to 192.168.1.100 and disable dhcp server.

Any sifu here please help me

One of my loyal customer that stayed at my hotel for past 7 years, when i start my business my room rate was rm50, and i raise it to rm55 3 years later, and last year i need to raise rm2 again for tax... but i still gave him rm50 until today... just now i ask for rm55+rm2 tax then he said ok i will pay you now but i will never come back here again...he said other hotel gave him rm45 but he still stay at my hotel all this years...
