Floor watersipping into ceiling, pls help

Hi all, need advise on best and effective way to solve leaking floor (4x4 feet) which is a small balcony for a double storey house which there is air cond hang up at the balcony wall. The problem start when aircond water start to drip into the floor and the water stay on the floor. Unfortunately I think water manage to sip in the concrete floor and it sip down to living hall main door ceiling . No leaking but water stain and brownish stain appear.

I have fix the aircond inlet water to connect to toilet wall tiles with a small hole for the water to sip and not stay on the cement floor.

Is there a cheap or best alternative way to ensure the floor if wet again the water not able to sip into the concrete floor ? Need your advice. If can DIY will be better

can let me know where is the best place to buy air cond in Puchong/PJ for best price and good service as well ?

Appreciate your feedback. Preferably non inverter type and which air cond brand is recommended in LYL ?
