Just my 2 cents to all friends and members of lowyat.net,
Please always remember of your love ones while speeding or riding a bike like a mad man on the roads..

I am writing this because one of my bro in law staff who is only 19 to 20 years of age just met with an accident on his motor bike. He was speeding and fell off his bike and now is in the general hospital in serious condition. In short he is in coma.

Although I just met him once but I do feel sorry for him and his family. Such a young age and what sort of trauma the family must go through on this tragedy.

So my advice to all, please treasure your life and always remember of your love ones while speeding. You live only once.

I hope miracle will help this kid to overcome this unfortunate event and may God bless him and his family..

Canon MG7170 diff color when print on paper n disc

I have a canon mg7170 printer. But when i print a same doc with srgb profile with photoshop, on paper and on disc, both came out with diff in colors.

Hi there.

I am helping my friend to ask this question. She's quite noob with the net and I also don't know where to ask this question except in Lowyat.

She inherited cash from his uncle and would like to purchase a property. She has no income yet as she in finishing her studies soon. She's interested to purchase a proeprty with the cash.

1. Is she allowed to do that?
2. She can get housing loan or not?
3. Her inheritance is more than enough to purchase the property. Will LHDN kacau if she purchase the property in cash?
4. She can pledge FD to get overdraft to purchase that property?
