Hi..why my tv sharp 60 have pixelate menu or apps? Normal tv or ps4 nothing effect...

Problem when open apps menu like youtube/netflix..but the video was clear..just apps menu pixelate..also my tv menu pixelate...even change tv1 to tv2..top menu upper left also pixelate..

What i do is reset my tv / power off 1 hour unplug / disconnect all cable and hdd..still problem...how to fix? Maybe 50hz problem? Hd problem? Because 4k was good..how to check my tv using 50/60hz?

My 4k picture good..just menu tv/submenu/menu apps/playstore pixelate..

Problem is my previous loan is 60k

Why i need pay total RM119,444?

I see loan table..for 60k just below 700/month

1st accept akpk agreement all run smooth...after 6 month i think..they said agro bank change rules...i need to pay 4 step loan..make my 10 years payment go RM119,444...

If i can make new loan 60k..i just pay 675++ for 10 years

My 1st make loan with agrobank was 2010...pay 5 years nothing..then increase to 119k...so insane...they ask me to accept because akpk just middle man...why i being charge like this? Please help me...Why interest so crazy? Why akpk not helping me? Help me...
