Wanna ask some health freaks out there.

I have just slightly passed by mid thirties and I when I work on the elliptical machine, my heart rate is hitting 90-95% of my maximum heart rate. This figure comes from the machine. Should i slow down a little or this is ok? Its sustained at that rate for about 15mins.

Hey guys,

I am looking for a cheap subwoofer. I have a sony amp and 5.1 speakers sitting around doing nothing, just missing a sub. What brand can i get that is cheap? I dont have the ears for good quality sound and I just need a sub to give a bit of bass when i listen to abit of music. (like radio and mp3...not loud at all)

I dont wannt pay more then a grand and something around 500-700 would be most ideal. Those little sub from home theaters sets are actually sufficient for me but they dont sell them separately.

unifi underground installation question.

Hi Guys, have been reading around on the unifi installation issues.

I dont quite understand the the diagram of their standard installation (apart from the fact they just assume everyone know the abbreviations). I believe, my housing area utilises DP pedestal (wtf does DP mean....a pedestal for DP?..hahaha). Anyways, i think the DP is quite far, for a fact, it maybe 20m or longer all. My area has no poles, and everything runs underground. the electricity and telephone wires are all underground.

I wanna know if they tarik the fiber from the pedestal to the FTB, it should be free right? regardless of length. And then any internal wiring with a length exceeding 15m, i have to pay extra?

Also, i am assuming they will run the fiber optic cables underground together with my telephone wires and then have them resurface and that is where the FTB will be installed? Not lazily run the fiber optics on the surface because they are too lazy to slowly push the cables slowly underground?

BTU to STB is CAT5 cable? (wtf is BTU and STB mean?)
BTU to wireless modem is cat5 cable?
BTU to telephone is rj11?
FTB to BTU is fiber optic cable?

Anyone experiencing problems with IE8 where when you type it is skipping letters? All other programs is fine. This is typed in Words and pasted on.

UV and CPL Filters

Hi,

Wanna ask the experts is a UV filter important for taking good photographs? I cant see the difference really and i seem to think that CPL makes nicer photoes then UV filters, therefore UV isnt that important?

Can you put a CPL then have a UV filter placed together. If you can do it, which should be installed first? Also, does the UV filter play two roles in this instant? One to sharpen and reduce hazeness and second to protect the CPL filter?
