I just bought a sharp aquos a77. May I know how to enter the service menu to check whether the unit is new or display unit ?

Riger Modem ADSL Light Blinking

My Riger 102 modem light is blinking. Both the Link and Data light is blinking.
I could not connect to Streamyx with it.
What could be the possible caused ? Is my modem spoilt ?
