Laptop Recommendation

I'm looking for laptop budgeted between RM3k~4k. I currently have my eye on Dell Vostro 5471 (RM 3,399) 8th i5 / 8gb / 256GB SSD. I plan to use it for at least 5 years. Do anyone have better suggestion?

Usage: document, internet surfing, watching video, easy to bring out (lighter weight is definitely an advantage).

Dear every sensei / expert,

Few questions to ask....

1. Can IP68 rated phone (eg: Samsung S8) be able to sustain under seawater / chlorine water (swimming pool)?

2. Am I able to use the phone normally under water? Like tapping on button, touch screen .. etc

can any sifu recommend to me to build a desktop that can run latest game? but my budget is lower than RM 2.5k

I already have monitor, keyboard, n mouse. so the price is excluded from these accessories

*personally prefer Intel n Nvidia. but if budget not allowed, AMD n Radeon also will do. Thanks ya
