Dear Hotlink,

When i was about to buy hotlink internet pass of 2gb, i saw the description stating "Enjoy unlimited social chat while pass is active"

But never until now i was able to enjoy unlimited social chat until my pass was active, because as soon as my quota is over, the speed of internet is damn so slow.....just like the way you never purchased the internet pass

My whatsapp,imo,facebook nothing works properly....i cant even download voice messages in whatsapp....and forget facebook.....this doesnt happen with other telco.

Umobile gives still the best speed after quota is over.why hotlink is so stingy??!!!

Hotlink Fast lifecycle Active Period

Hi Hotlink,

I am planning to change plan to Hotlink FAST,

Currently i have rm100 balance, if i migrate to fast then the balance will remain as it is? Or the balance will expire after 30 days

The FAQ says " All Credit balance & validity will be reset to 30 active days."

So will my balance carried from other plan reset to 0 after 30 days?

unable to receive tac and sms

I have tried maybank and rhb.
