Clevo vs MSI GT barebones

Hi again!

Calling all the shifus to help answer my question.

I'm custom building a laptop and have narrowed down to barebones:

the MSI GT and the CLEVO P170SM.

Can anyone give me advices on which to pick?

The GT barebones is cheaper but it only got 1 fan with Turbo Boost.

The CLEVO ones are a little bit costly but have dual fans.

Hi again!

So I've decided to buy a CLEVO based laptop from Cyberpower.com,

I just wanna ask the comparison between the

AMD R9 M290X

and the

NVIDIA GTX 870M

Which is better in terms of gaming ? I'm just a casual gamer (Playing Dota 2 daily, Dragon Saga online, and played the casual game Crysis 3, COD, Battlefield 3, AC4, AAA titles etc)

I've read that the AMD quad core is lower than the i7, but the gpu in r9 m290x is better than gtx 860m.

Which one should I take and where can I buy it in Malaysia? Or any other recommendation, please do. My budget is up to 4.5k.

I'm going to the States soon, is there gonna be any problem, such as region setting etc ?

I'm gonna use the laptop mainly for gaming with a little bit of video making.
