Hi, Can have any comments for below? I've moved to new area and Fiber internet is approaching and there's 3 options.

TM unifi
Maxis Home Fiber
Digi Home fiber

Can recommend which is the best choice? I only have experience with Unifi. Maxis i heard got lots issue(personally i am not sure). Digi Home fiber sound new to me.

Can pls give your valuable advise? Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

My landed house just VP and i am now looking for Smart Home Security System. Any recommendation?

Recently has visited Home Expo and got introduced with "Livingcam" Smart home package for landed house that included the Hub, 2x Camera, 6x Smart Switches and 2x Door sensor Alarm + the Siren and it is about RM 7K. Not sure is a good deal or not just want to get more opinion and more other product for comparison and consideration.

Can have existing home security users for recommendation, thanks.

Travel with infants

Dear all,

A little bit help. Travelling to SG this week with my wife and baby. Air Ticket(Air-Asia) and hotel all done. But 1st time bring baby along for international flight so need some guidance.

I tried to use mobile check-in but I can do this for my wife(coz infant is tagging with her). We need to do counter check-in at the air-port bcoz of baby?

I got baggage drop off, i heard the baggage need to have security tagged before can proceed to the drop off counter, where to get the security tagged? I used to travel without baggage check-in so this part im not familiar.

Can advise what's the steps to do A-Z? Below is what's on my mind, pls correct me if i'm wrong.

1.) Arrive on international departure hall. (2-3 hours before the flight)
2.) Find Air-Asia counter and queue for check-in procedure.
3.) Find Air-Asia baggage drop counter and drop the check-in baggage. (But have to scan and tagged first? Or doing this in the check-in counter?)
4.) Queue for immigration check-point and proceed to the boarding gate.
5.) Wait for the flight at the boarding gate area.

Hi All,

Going for Biz trip sooner with MAS flight(International flight), would like to check out something to clear my doubt.

If my interpretation correct, with Economy class i should able to carry-on 1 small luggage(<=7kg) to put in the overhead compartment and 1 laptop bag to stow underneath the seat in front of me am i right?

Because i'm thinking not to do checked baggage, to avoid luggage lost incident.

Plan to bring my wife and baby(1 year+) to travel, maybe around August, within Malaysia or neighbor country(asia), now try to survey and pre-plan for it.

Any suggestion for a nice place that suitable for small family and a baby in this age? Thanks for suggestion.

My wife like beach, I like tranquil place, baby just like play. =D

Hi All,

Just a quick 1, may i know sewerage bill(Indah Water) cost suppose should be bear by Tenant or owner?

My tenant is moving out and i found he never pay the indah water bill for 6 years. I try to look at the tenancy agreement but it doesn't talk about this bill who's party responsibility. Not sure if i can push back and deduct this bill from his security deposit?

Tenancy agreement cost (Bear by who?)

1.) Tenancy agreement cost usually should be bear by the tenant or owner?

2.) Instead of get a legal firm help for the above with additional cost, if i already got the tenancy agreement doc reference and none clause to modify, can i print out the details and go for stamping? Where to do it?

Security deposit offset request

Hi all,

I got a query.

My condo are rent to a hostel management company and last week i received a official letter from them and mention they decided not to continue after the 2 years contract. (they rent from me 8 years in total). The tenancy contract end on May 2016.

In the letter, they mention they would like to offset the 2 months security deposit with the April and May rental. I tried to check back the tenancy contracts that we signed, never really mention they can do this and infact none of the clause is stated about the term and condition for returning 2 month security deposit. In my knowledge, i should assess the property condition during the handover time and check for any broken/defect that needs to repair, and i will evaluate the cost needed then deduct from the security deposit. Then the security deposit balance will return to the tenant. I thought this should be the way? Kindly advise me if this is not right or if you got such experience, thanks a lot.

To summarize my question.
1.) Can they request to offset the last 2 months rental from security deposit? If this is not stated from the tenancy contracts.
2.) If they insist not to pay me the rental for the last 2 months. But during the handover i found out the house condition are real bad and need to repair with cost. How do i go through the legal way to request for the additional cost?

I did my baby birth certificate at JPN and have a paper to collect my baby MyKid card at UTC KL after 3 months time. I forgot to ask if the MyKid card collection required to bring my baby along? Any experience? Thanks.
