I'm logged in to TM WIFI and I wanna know why is it so damn hard to play dota with it. It's speed is 1mbps but dotai is laggy. Is it because my streamyx subscription is RM60 per month. so my speed is capped?

Hey guys, I'm currently using the slowest internet package of RM 60 per month at my house. But since I am staying in KL now, I want to Skype with my parents. Will having RM90 package be fast enough for Skype? The 512 kbps one. And will it the 512 kbps one JUST be enough, just. For streaming basic Standard definition shows. Objective is save money but also for basic steamyx and basic streaming. Can 512 kbps cut it?

So I have an old laptop with defunk HDD and broken physical on button + old computer monitor.

Can I use the laptop motherboard, housing and keyboard to hook up to the monitor and use a SD card or pen drive as the HDD? Since I want to flash a simple version of Android as the OS just to use it to stream movies. Can it be done?
