We all have seen the post about TikTok bashing public bank. Many staff and supporter must be happy to hear that the funny keyboard warrior has been caught.

Now he scared shit of losing his job. Don’t bite the hand that feed you. He apologise for having doubt on tan sri leadership and the corporate culture.

He promised not to post anything about public bank in future. Seems like he get to keep his job for now.

Praise Tan Sri for his kindness. If me, I whack this guy ask body guard teach him to be good.

If fresh grad is not less productive why we treat them like sh*t and pay them less in 2022?

In 2007, they get pay RM3k and wan tan mee was RM5. iPhone was RM2800 during those period. Housing can be found at RM180k

In 2022, we pay them RM2.5k, wan tan mee is RM8. iPhone is RM6k. Housing is RM480k

That is why those managers cannot earn RM15k. If they feel that they want to leave RM7k, many 2-3 years younger will take their job.

My BOSS not me, do not kidnap me, has 300 million cash to be used to purchase land and thought someone here can help us identify some land and make some commission in the process (in fact, quite some). I would like to buy CHEAP land between 10-25km from KL city centre, ideally fire sale. Not too big will be easier to chew, but if it is very cheap den we can look at bigger piece. Do feel free to approach me if you have anything in mind. This we can make analysis and decision quite fast.

Personally, I m keen to look at some property around KLCC around 2000 - 4500 sq ft such as Binjai On the Park or Park Seven. My core consideration will b psf price. This would take a while.

You may think I am bragging or trolling, but before you decided to hantam me or plan to kidnap me, please allow me to clarify. The 100 mil is my boss money and he is not my dad. My boss won't pay ransom if u kidnap me. he will hire a new me instead.

I recently got a new job in charge of buying plantation land. My KPI is to buy vacant plantation land. Bigger better.

I really dunno how to start liao lor.

My company has been trying for the past few years to acquire an at least 200-acre vacant agriculture land but to no avail. I thought market was bad yet couldn’t find one with the right price. In fact not many agents approach us despite there are so much commission to be made here.

To answer some queries, the vacant agriculture land should ideally be within 40KM from the vicinity of Bercham. My company has RM100 million in cash so funding for the land acquisition will not be an issue. Hope the sifu-sifu here at LYN can refer me to some land or any relevant people. Also open to any residential land for property investment.

Urgent help is needed as my boss a.k.a. owner of the company is breathing down my neck to find this piece of land.
