hi im trying to use easytune5 that comes bundled with my mobo.. but whenever i try to click on the overclock/mib function it says i dont disable the dynamic power saver or my mobo doesnt support oc.. i already checked at the gigabyte site it does says that my mobo support it. so now how to disable the dynamic power saver?

my question is which is better to change the processor to c2d e4500 or graphic card to 7600gs.
