Monitor display assistance

Hi guys, just need a little confirmation (and maybe help) on this. Refer to the picture:

Monitor is AOC 2434pw, brand new. My GPU is a HD5770, currently connected using HDMI.

Isn't the screen suppose to stretch all the way to the end...?

Tried to adjust the height & width of the screen but can't access to it:

That's the only thing that I can't select, I assume it's because the monitor's Auto Adjust setting is on. And I can't turn off the Auto Adjust either.

So, suppose to be like that? Any thoughts?
