Mould issue

Guys I have a questions to ask some sifus here

My house is a 3 storey terraced house
Where about few months ago I noticed one of the wall that shared with my neighbour having mould from top floor to basement.
Initially I tot must be some roof leak or pipe leak
My water bill is constantly stable, the amount is reasonable
I had two construction ppl checked, tell me roof no leak. And my plaster ceiling is always dry, just the wall.

Then recently i visited one of my neighbour house whereby her wall is shared with the neighbour house that I mentioned above also having similar issue like me, mould from top to basement floor.

She had multiple ppl checked as well, eventually they think the mould form is becuz our neighbour on the house aircond 24/7 (they do, don't ask me why, likely stealing electric) and kinda make both our wall wet due to condensation.

By the way the neighbour that on aircond 24/7 say her house no issue.

I don't know if this possible. Please enlighten

I am thinking if leak it can't be both side involved and have similar issue. Sorry for the long post. Really look for serious suggestion

hey guys, i would need some help in choosing a laptop for father's day gift
my father already 50+, usually just using the laptop for simple online and doing some office work, basic programs (not graphic design)
not using for gaming. perhaps sometimes just use to watch drama/movies, check emails
prefer a laptop with good battery, light and easy to carry around, not much issue with over heating, and budget around 1.5k

I have research over few site saying sulfer actually not much of help in preventing snake coming in. what about any suggestion like a fence etc

I am currently renting out my unit and would like to upgrade the house facility with installation of aircond. May I know what is the rough budget for installing submeter for each individual room, or is there any cheaper solution to allow accurate electric bill division among tenants. hey guys, just a quick question to clear my doubt on unifi package.
What if i am planning to relocate to a new location where unifi is not available (i am currently using 100mbps), and the only available service within the area from telekom is just streamyx 8mbps, which is obviously not what i wanted.

i am currently in my first 12 months of contract and still have another 1 year to go

I went to tm point center today to tell them not i doesn't want to continue and fulfill the contract, but is the limitation from their service. I am more than happy to continue if there is unifi with up to par speed.

they insisted i have to continue with stremyx 8mbps no matter what, until contract period fulfilled, or else i will need to pay out the penalty

any bro underwent similar, and please advice. thank you

Tesco policy discussion

I have experienced a poor service from Tesco Melaka Malaysia (Branch: Peringgit). The incident happened when I was rejected to purchase fruits from Tesco Melaka by the staff at the weighing counter. The reason I was rejected because I was NOT ALLOWED to use my own container to buy fruits (which is grapes) in this case and I have to use the plastic bags from the weighing counter. When I explained that I do not want to waste plastic usage and I will pay for the same price using container, I was told off.
However, this is not the case in Tesco Kepong because I am allowed to use container and they will stick the price sticker on top of my tupperware, and as usual I will pay at the cashier without an eyebrow raised.

I have requested to speak to the Manager on duty (Mohd Izzar) and Duty Manager (Zaidi) and they told me off even though I have explained the whole condition and they harshly asked me to contact the website.

Thus I have called the customer hot line (Operator: Ika. She refused to give me the full name). When asked if this is the company policy that customer cannot use own container, she told me that different branches of Tesco rules are depending on the Manager on duty. This is such a nonsense because 56 Tesco branches in Malaysia would have 56 types of different rules applicable.

1) Is this true that it is TESCO policy that customers are not allowed to use own container to purchase raw goods from the supermarket?

2) If it is true, kindly explain is it under company policy that different branch decision making is depending on the duty manager?

3) Kindly explain the reasons I am allowed to use my own container in Tesco Kepong and not allowed in Tesco Melaka.

3) I would like to lodge an official complaint to the Tesco UK website and the manager on duty on 16th September 2017 Tesco Melaka Peringgit.

4) It is hypocrite of Tesco that you all are holding Environmental friendly campaigns such as reducing food waste and plastic waste when your staffs are not educated and not practicing the same concept. Tesco is not practicing what you preach. It is a joke that you approach Greener Living and claim to want reduce dependency in plastic usage when I was rejected mainly because I do not want to waste a single plastic in your supermarket.

Anyone had any similar experience that can share. thanks
