Acer XB271HU Faulty Issue

Hi everyone. I am having issue with my 6+ year old monitor XB271HU. The photo taken as below. I'll try to describe it as best as I can.

The image will duplicate and flow up horizontally like rain except upwards.

Could any sifu kindly advise on whether what could be the main cause of the problem? Whether it is easy enough for me to repair it, or send to someone for repair or just buy a new one, and if so, what model is recommended? My max budget is 1.5k. Hoping to have better specs than my current monitor. Tqtq.

Craniofacial Hyperhydrosis Surgery

Hi everyone. I needed advice on which hospital offers ETS surgery for this. I've sent emails to a few hospitals asking for details and quotation but none of them replied except for Pantai Hospital. But the specialist there told me that there is no surgery or cure craniofacial hyperhydrosis anywhere in the world. He only offers palmar hyperhydrosis. Is it true? Im quite puzzled as online sources suggests otherwise. If there is no other option, i might still go for the treatment as I have palmar hyperhydrosis as well. He will be charging me RM12,000. Thats quite expensive so I'm hoping to find cheaper and reliable alternative. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Dear sifus sekalian,

My friend and his siblings have just acquired a piece of land and the land title is under their personal name. My friend also owns a company operating child care centre. He is willing to let his Company pay for the cost of the land (deposit+term loan installments) provided that his siblings bestow upon him the right to use the property and build a childcare centre.

My question is,can the payments by Company can be capitalised in their books? is there any deemed RPGT or tax issues? If cannot capitalise, Company can expense off and the benefit from the payment is capital gain on my friend's part and thus, is non taxable gain?

Item(s) conditions: Problem of the GPU is when install latest driver, will see lines of dots(artifacts) on screen. When rollback to older drivers, no display. When in bios or safe mode, no such artifacts. Can only set max resolution at 1600p Only tested with VGA. Why not test with HDMI? Because my monitor HDMI port is bad. I have no idea whether it is driver or hardware issue so I am letting it go cheap.

Display problem

My computer specs are:

AMD Athlon 4 x 635
Asus M4N68-T
8GB DDR3 Hyper FuryX Ram
GeForce GTX 580
1TB SATA Samsung HDD
450W Power supply ( Forgot brand but I don't think this is root cause.)
Windows 7 Ultimate
Samsung 23" S23A350H monitor (Only HDMI and VGA)

Monitor is linked to GPU using a VGA to VGA cable and VGA to DVI adapter. VGA plugged to monitor and DVI adapter plugged to GPU.

Problem: A few days ago, my computer started acting up. I can log in to DotA 2 interface and search for games. But when the game starts, I will get booted out.I tried lowering the graphic settings but to no avail. Eventually, playing the game in windows mode and lower resolution worked. However, 2 days ago, I tried logging in to DotA 2 but it wont run anymore. Whenever I clicked "play the game", the screen would just flicker and I would be back at the desktop. The game is not even running in the background. Since I got bored, l decided to play sleeping dogs. The game went smoothly for the first 5mins then suddenly, BSOD. At that point, I could not access the OS interface without entering safe mode. I figured that this might be a graphic driver issue so I uninstalled the graphic driver. This enabled me to access the OS interface and I proceed to download the latest graphics driver available (GeForce 378.88). After installing the driver, I notice there are green dots randomly appearing on display and I could not set the resolution beyond 1060 x 1200. I did some googling and heard that latest driver doesn't recognize VGA display anymore. So, I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstall with older driver versions. After 10 attempts, the result I get is either green dots appearing on relatively newer version of drivers or blank screen on older version of drivers. I even reformatted my PC but the problem still persists.

Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

Dividend regulation

I have a client who paid dividend out of it's accumulated profit without declaring it in AGM beforehand. And the dividend is paid by reducing in amount owing by director. Is this legal? I thought dividend can only be paid using cash or bonus shares ? Please help, thanks.

My Leadtek GTX460 1GB stopped working after 4 years. I was playing dota 2 when I felt the occasional lag, then I told my friend I had to restart my computer. Never did I know, my GPU is DEAD! The screen keep showing "Check signal cable" even after countless attempts of trying to reseat all the components, CLRTC the mobo and cleaning everything. The GPU fan is still working, the processor is still producing heat....why no display...

At my wits end, I borrowed a VGA cable from the office so I can plug it on my onboard GPU. My first impression was "Wow, at least my onboard GPU can watch movies in so-so quality, maybe it can run dota2 if I set everything to low. You can never imagine my level of distraught when I saw the hero looked as if it came from minecraft and worse, it lags! Emo la...I bought this graphic card 4 years ago with my hard earned money thinking it will last at least 10 years. Now RM600 gone. I guess I have to buy a new one then, sigh.

If I need to dig into my savings from working for shitty low paying job then I wanna be sure the GPU i am going to buy will outperform my old GPU by alot. At least, I can feel better psychologically thinking that my money spent on upgrading rather than repair. I would need advice from you guys on what the best value GPU in the market I should buy. Budget around RM600. Of course cheaper the better la. I don't mind paying over my budget if the recommended GPU is REALLY worth it. I only got a 500 watt silverstone PSU, AMD Athlon 635 x 4 and M4NMNT-4(sorry I forgot the name) mobo. Must be compatible hor. If not I cialat wei. Also, I hope my old GPU can still be salvaged. Any idea how to fix it?
