good benefit vs decent salary

Hi all,

I am currently working in MNC company, my current job scope is service engineer with a pay of 3k. I got an offer from local company with a basic of around 4.6k. They are offering me the jobscope of sales and application engineer. I could learn new things on the new company. However the thing is I will be taking a pay cut if i compare the overall package. Should I take the pay cut of just wait for better job opportunity ?

The benefits of MNC package are:
Car allowance , standby allowance , 13 month bonus, petrol card, toll, mobile, dental, and most important is OT.

The new company package are:
Petrol allowance , toll and mobile ( all are claim per use where as my current company is more lenient but I dont abuse it la. haha)

So the overall package after the benefit will be current company around 5.8 , new maybe around 5.
