EA SG players from malaysia come [help us help u!]

Fragnetics is asking their ISP to tell tmnet to wake up their idea.

for that to happen, we need your help in getting a reverse/forward traces:

1. Reverse Trace: goto http://www.fragnetics.com/support/lag/ , select EASG 01. Your trace will be automatically emailed to us. Use your in-game nick so that we can send the report together with your forward trace

2. Forward Trace: use a program like pingplotter (http://www.pingplotter.com/downloads/pngplt_1.exe), set unlimited, 1 sec, 360, and enter in 203.116.28.2 like this. Run for 10 sec will do

Alt-Printscreen the window, paste in mspaint or any image editing software, save as .png and send to lseah@fragnetics.com. include your in-game nick so that we can send the report together with your reverse trace

Remember to send us BOTH the reverse and forward traces else it will be difficult for us to submit this to ISP as proof.

Also, if you see 50ms and below, ***don't send*** otherwise ISP might think i'm a fool . Reset your modem until you get a bad ping situation
