Hi,
I would like to book AirChina flight (for china domestic flight) directly from their website but i can't get thru the payment system as the website keep poping error. Has anyone ever tried to book the flight from their website before?

I know we can book thru www.ctrip.com easily, but sadly there is no discounted fare offered for my itinerary.
I also know that we can check others website and price thru www.qunar.com, but i couldn't find another company who offer booking for foreigner.

Please advice if you know other way to get the discounted fare. Thanks.

Hi Guys,

Curious to know if there is anyone here using online personal finance tool to keep track of your spending, cashflow and etc? I guess there must be some sifus here who can give suggestion on this.

Recently i just found expensr.com from a post in KC Lau blog. (the post about how RELAX improves his spending).

I have been looking for a online tool to track my spending and cashflow for long time, because i have 3 workstation (Workstation, Home Desktop, Laptop). It's very unconvenient for to keep the tracking on a spreadsheet or programs because i always need to synchronize it, or carry in pendrive, (Yes, i am lazy to do so....)

The expensr just fit into my need, and it come free. Well, i just start using it for 2 days, yet to really find out everything, but i find it very nice.

Just some questions to ask:

1. Is there any online tool similiar or better than expensr?

2. Would there be any risk for us to keep all real data in the web-based tool? I know they will use our data to make statistic, which is valuable to those marketing companies, but is there any harm to us?

3. For some existing expensr users, do you put ur income into expensr or you just put the expenses into it?

I am a bit noob on this but hope someone could enlighten me.

I am curious to know what would happen to Malaysia Property Market following global economy melt-down. (assuming Msia will suffer the effect following US market soon.) Would the property rise drop? Interest increase?

Planning to buy a property soon, just think whether now is the right time.

Height : 178 cm

Previous condition (15-6-2008):
Weight : 97 kg
Running : 6.3 km in 34mins.

Current condition (10-9-2008):
Weight : 92 kg
Running : 10.2 km in 52mins.

GOALS:
1. To be 85kg by December 2008, reducing body fat.
2. Able to perform half marathon by October 08.
3. Able to perform full marathon by 2009.
4. Better Body Shape

Training Plan (Just start these since May 08):
Mon, Wed, Fri : Noon do Gym, Evening do jogging.
Tue, Thu : Evening Hiking.
Sat : Morning Badminton, Evening Hiking.
Sun : Morning Badminton, Evening Swiming.

Current Supplement:
1. Whey Protein (ON 100% Whey)
2. Solaray Multi-vitamin.
3. Solaray Fish Oil.
4. 1L of HL milk daily.
5. Glucosamine or Chondroitin Sulphate

Training Program for Heavy weight runner

Hey guy,

I need some advice on my training program as I found my current training program is not looking good. My current weight is 98kg (height 177cm), I hope I could reduce my weight to around 80kg and be able to run for marathon. (I had reduced 10kg since july 07).

This is wat my current sport schedule looks:
Monday - Jogging (5-6km/30mins)
Tuesday- Jogging (5-6km/30mins)
Wednesday - Jogging (5-6km/30mins)
Thursday - Jungle Trekking (60mins)
Friday - Jogging (5-6km/30mins)
Saturday - Badminton (3 hrs)
Sunday - Jungle Trekking (60-90mins)

I am thinking that my sports (and my weight) keep too much burden on my legs, may be I need a more diversity sport plan. Gym may be an option to diversify it as I can't swim.

Laptop USB Failed

Hi All,

My fren's compaq laptop usb failed after striked by lightning... The laptop other function is ok, but the usb is not working.
I tried it with optical mouse and there is light, which mean the usb still got power supply.

Any recommendation to fix it? Thinking to buy a replacement usb port and change it, but no idea how to do it.

I am looking for portable notebook. Now i narrow my choice to Dell XPS M1330 and Asus F9S.
At same spec (T7250, Nvidia 8400...), both give similiar price (xps may be higher a bit). Anyone have thought which is better? I like xps design but seems asus would be more reliable....
