Is a MacBook a good investment (resale value)?

I was thinking of getting a new laptop soon and figured I'd splurge on a MacBook because of the high resale value. Basically I'm hoping to sell it if after a few years to move on to the latest and greatest MacBook.

My question is: do people actually buy secondhand macbooks here? Just focusing on Lowyat, I see a few MacBook WTS posts but even fewer replies to them. What gives? I'm afriad when I want to sell my MacBook, no one will buy it or at least for its value. Thoughts?

I ordered extra of this product from vitacost.com http://www.vitacost.com/natures-way-gotu-kola-herb . Its called Gotu Kola or Pegaga for locals. It has many uses but I use it mainly for mental energy and anxiety.

The product just came this week. New and unopened.

475 mg 180 capsules, RM 64 with shipping. It's slightly more than the site because I had to pay with shipping to Malaysia from US. In comparison, Himalaya's gotu kola is 250 mg for 60 capsules for RM 53. So yeah. You'll save.
