Enermax PSU 500W problem

I brought Enermax PSU a year ago.Recently i notice that my PSU have a strange sound and it sound continuosly(zap sound).It very noisy.I use wattage meter to detect found that the Watt is fluctuate and when i on the PC,my home main ELCB (ELCB no trip)also have this sound too.But strange it i log in BIOS and found all the voltage is inrange.Anyone can help.Thanks.......

Does anyone know about the Processors Fan is blow in to heatsink or suck out the heat transmitted on CPU.

Hang when installing WIN XP ....Urgent

Hi all ,
My PC hang when i try to installing WIN XP .I restart again and let it install again....
but error still remain.....

I try use another HDD ,but the error still same.

Try use another win xp CD,but the error remain same.Change optical drive,no help

so lastly ,i remove RAM from 1Gb to 256mb.

Lastly,i was highl suspect power supply.Could be the power supply give this error???
