Just saw an ad in lowyat someone posted, a townhouse for sale at $190psf.
Is it even real? Or is it just a hoax?

Has anyone visited the show unit?

Dear all, I am posting this for a friend.

She booked a EVO Soho unit in Bangi many months ago but was unable to secure a bank loan.
She can now cancel the unit, or if there's any taker, she can transfer the unit to an interested party.

Her unit is type A (454 SF), Block B, high floor (17-21st floor).

Why would you take her unit instead of buying directly from developer?

She booked it when the project was first launched at a lower price. The unit is now selling for RM260K ++. If you take her unit, you will save approximately RM20K! (The exact number depends on the exact selling price and discount developer is offering).

What does she expect for a return?

She expect a monetary gift for her time and trouble. You have to negotiate with her the amount. Of course, she wants a win-win deal.

I am looking to start a website. What is the best hosting company in malaysia? By best, I mean not too expensive but provide quality and reliable service.

Do these hosting company also register your domain name?

How much do I need for 1 domain and 1 year of hosting?

Please advice.
