since this is bulan kemerdekaan i thought to watch some patriotic movie. so i downloaded the movie The Bridge Over River Kwai (1957).

what i learn from this movie is actually the British are very self centered. They also negotiated and befriended the Japanese Army who occupied Burma. In this movie they mentioned about their downfall in Malaya and Singapore.

so ive been thinking, what was Leftenan Adnan and his friends were doing fighting to their death in Bukit Candu, Singapore? British already know they cant do much against the incoming of the Japanese. Most of their officers already left Malaya. What was playing in his mind, was he fighting for independence? or was he fighting for British boss?

is Leftenan Adnan really conscious about the background of the war or did he just doing his job as a military officer? wouldnt it be better for him to surrender? even if Malaya fall to Japanese, the British will surely come back. Or was he afraid of other consequences (malay leftist/communist revenge)?

From the movie it seems like the British doesnt really care for the natives. They only want to protect whatever the asset (mines, estates,administrating office) they still have.

tau tak dah berapa banyak nyawa terkorban dalam MH370 dan MH17? 400 orang!. ini ancaman sabotaj terhadap kedaulatan negara. berapa ramai yang dah mati di Esscom dibandingkan dgn kes ni?

Ini lagi dahsyat daripada kes pengeboman Bali tahun 2002 dimana cuma 200 orang mangsa yang terkorban. Amrozi dan rakan2 juga sudah mati ditembak squad penembak indonesia. Dah jelas tindakan ketenteraan perlu dijalankan serta merta untuk bawa bangsat2 ni ke muka pengadilan. Jangan biarkan orang luar pijak2 kedaulatan negara kita!

Tentera Diraja Malaysia harus melancarkan perang besar besaran terhadap Ukraine. Aku yakin negara kecil dunia ketiga macam Ukraine mampu ditawan Malaysia dalam masa cuma 4 hari. Kita ada kepakaran dalam melawan insurgensi dan 40 tahun pengalaman dalam guerilla warfare melawan komunis.

my dad scold me when he found out i ate 6 eggs everyday. told me is dangerous coz too much cholesterol. i like to eat them coz is cheap. what else is cheap and nutritious? i cannot think. cholesterol everyday can result into blood clot he told me. but i exercise 3 times a week. my heart is strong enough i think.

can we use flat/apartment staircases, climb 18th floor, and repeat 4 times a day, to substitute for leg press, leg lunges, and calve raises?

i think i want to save cost from going to gym on leg day because i can do this at my flat home.

is it possible to grow muscle even if not achieve the 1gram/pound protein rule?

im 29. 68kg. supposedly must make 150gram protein pr day. but usually i just target around 60-70 grams daily (including protein shake) due to limited budget. is it possible to grow muscle? assuming i practice proper nutrition, training and rest.

Some people said better enjoy life as you might be too old/sick/dead to enjoy all the money you have saved/invested later.

Some people said better make saving and investing a part of life which includes suppressing our materialistic "needs" in order to live comfortably later.

How do you guys deal with this dilemma? I'm afraid that if I spent my whole life saving and investing I might not have a chance to enjoy the money later. However if I enjoy now I might risk having to live on a tight budget during my retirement.

To be more specific, I want to buy a sporty car below RM200k. However the money spent buying and maintaining it could be better put into investment instruments. Later I might be too old to be enjoying the thrills of driving a sports car.

Why is South East Asia a dumping ground for MNC companies?

We have seen a lots of jobs being outsourced to English speaking SEA countries like Malaysia?
Mostly have to do with American BPOs/call centers.
The answer which I assume everyone knows is CHEAP LABOUR!!
Freshies are paid a mere USD621.41 or RM2000 <average> which is ridiculous and loathsome.
American MNCs are the No 1 outsourcer-in-chief of the world (not forgetting bully-in-chief)
Remember orang putih colonial period? We have to polish their shoes. Well, it's dejavu all over again
We have to put a stop to these Yankees or else they will bully us until we became their servants.

Let's demand a minimum wage from the Yankees!
