Weird process

HELP FROM ALL PROS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This morining when I opened my computer, straight away 100% CPU usage, but when I open my task manager, the process gone, then when i close my task manager again, the CPU usage continues jumping to 100% making my laptop slow n HOTTTTTTT.
Then i used tune up 2012 process manager to see what's going on, it's mscorsvw.exe that eats up my 100% CPU, same thing it quits when I open windows task manager, I have never experienced such a WEIRD case !!!!!

I follow exactly what solution is thr in the internet including this

BUT STILL CAN'T WORK !!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY THING TO STOP mscorsvw.exe is to keep the windows task manager opened !!!!!!!!!!!!

I hv a classmate who hates and jelly of me coz I'm smarter than him (In fact he doesnt know anything). we oso dun talk to each other.

I ady finished d assignment, today he only starts doing, while he's doing, i know he needs my help. so he sengaja ask d lecturer the problem he faced. he knows that the lecturer will sure ask me, he takes lecturer as a "communication medium" bet. him n me. then I ma go n help him out lo,

I feel that life after SPM is really MISERABLE
But I adlready decided what road I want to take, that is Computing, preferably specialism in networking or computer security.....
Now I am so damn confused whether SHOULD I TAKE STPM or just STRAIGHT TO FOUNDATION....
I'm planning to go APIIT, but now currently I'm studying STPM (still a new intake student)

HOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

I am really coward !!!!!!!! I don't know how to face problems, my mind just always think of those negative aspects

C2D P8600 2.4GHz 1066MHz FSB 3MB L2cache
4GB DDR2 800 RAM
Mobility HD Radeon 3470 256MB VRAM
Vista Home Premium

With my specs, what mainstream pc games this laptop can play smoothly ??? (it doesn't matter with lowest settings,as long as it's playable)

And which route the the fastest route ? provided minimum traffic congestion

Problems while downloading torrent files

Need solution from experts !!!!
When i am downloading torrent files (no matter uses utorrent or bitcomet), all my opened browswer will just can't browse, i can't browse all the websites even thought i only open utorrent or bitcoment with no downloading stuffs. All the internet connection seems to be dead....
And when i am downloading torrent files, I can't even open my browser (no matter IE or firefox), when i click it, nothing happened but i saw task manager there is internet explorer or firefox executed..........When i closed my utorrent or bitcoment, then all browser sekali gus appear !!!!!!!!

I need advice.....
Currently i'm doing a-level at tarc (2009 jan. intake).........
I have definitely made up my mind to go for IT career........
When SPM results released on March, I have full confidence can get 9A or above, if really does, tarc will automatically refund my fees for 1st sem.
But................
1)should i terminate this course n straight to diploma in IT (thinking of going to MMU or apiit) ?
coz if diploma, i can get myself exposed to IT world earlier,and after that can enter year 2....(that's what i think la, also need your advice n rectifications)
2)or should i continue a-level and then enter year 1 of IT degree ?????

AND........
provided i already hold a degree cert., when interviewing for a work, will they need to see a-level or diploma results ???? or just see the highest education qualification ?

what benefits of having more video memory on a GC ? (taking HD4850 512MB and HD4850 1GB to compare)
and what's the effect of memory speed as well as GPU speed ? Are they interdependent or dependent of each other ?
