Linksys ea6900 not able to detect 5ghz ssid

Hey guys, I am using Time 100mbps and I am using my own router ea6900 ac1900 series. Now my problem is I am not able to detect ssid 5Ghz. I have done upgrading firmware, changing wireless settings and enable broadcast 5Ghz it doesn't work at all. How to solve this?i have contacted Linksys and they said that it's a hardware defective.

dunno what happen wit my modem.

modem keeps disconnecting and it will connect auto.

my modem brand Cisco Linksys WRT120N.

i am using tm streamyx 1mb

is it becoz of my modem failure or line faulty?

i am not sure whether is it modem problem or internet problem.
i connect to cisco modem router and dlink router.
i connect through wifi using my computer and phone but my iphone and ipad could not connect automatically.
i hav to manually type the password into my iphone and ipad.

can i know what is the problem?
