Solved: Joven storage water heater Repair

Hi all, i have a 5 year old Joven storage water heater and it has suddenly stopped working. The RCCB is tripped, I am suspecting that the heating element needs replacement. Has anyone encountered this before and if so, how did you fix it?
Did you have to change the thermal fuse and thermostat/thermowatt at the same time - i heard that the replacement element comes in a set with these 2 items.

Appreciate all info on the solution, cost of the fix and the service provider that you engaged.

p/s i have posted it on a separate forum but only got 1 reply so i am reposting here. Hope this is not against the rules. Thanks

Rear Shock Absorber Honda City 09-13

Hello, my Honda City 2010 needs a change of rear shock absorbers. I have asked my regular spare part shop and he recommended a OEM brand called GOSHI
Has anyone used this? Feedback on performance, durability and price is much appreciated.

Btw, my car stock absorbers are SHOWA. [Yes i know change back ori is best, but 9yr old car and seldom use, so find more economical solution]. I heard about Sachs and KYB but never used them. Anyone using these for the rear of their Honda City TMO can pls feedback?

Also, i would be grateful if anyone could recommend an honest and reliable workshop to change absorbers around PJ. Thanks

[RESOLVED] Creaking Sound When Going Over Bumps

Hi everyone. my Honda City TMO (2010) has been making creaking sounds at the front ('nyek -nyek'...like old spring bed ) when going over uneven surface / the slightest bumps. I took the car to Honda SC a few weeks back when the sound was not so obvious, and they said it was the STABILIZER BAR BUSH. I have since tried to google this and found that worn out stabilizer bush will result in clunking or knocking sound and not creaking.
I have an appointment to replace the stabilizer bar bush in a few days @ RM120+, but i am not confident it will solve the problem. The SC did say that my front absorbers need to be changed as well since its almost 9 years old. But again, according my Google searches, bad shocks don't creak - they only leak, go dead, etc. (Do correct me if i am wrong). My priority is getting rid of the sound since the ride doesn't seem harsh to me esp since the car is mostly used for short trips.

There is no sound when turning the steering. No other problems with car ride or handling. Everything in the car is stock. Im guessing it is something to do with the coil spring mounting

Really appreciate if those who have faced this problem could share their experience and how it was resolved. Thanks a lot

Best budget 2.1 setup (under 3k)

Hi everyone, Im a total novice in home theatre and not very tech/IT savy. I only have a HDTV, Bluray player and Astro with wifi at home. Now, im looking to improve on my existing TV sound quality and have an internet radio player..plain and simple. Fyi, I live in a 1200sft apartment and this 'system' is placed in the living room.

After a bit of reading, I have crossed off soundbars as it doesn't seem to be the preferred option on forums. I have devised a setup plan which is divided in 2 phases : phase 1 --> AVR + 2 bookshelf speakers, phase 2--> subwoofer + central speaker.

Does this sound appropriate?

For this, I have allocated a budget of RM2.5k for phase 1 and RM1.5k for phase 2.

Appreciate input from more knowledgeable members/ existing users of similar priced set-ups on what brands and models are recommended for my needs. Thank you in advance
