Horrible Pet Nanny/boarding service

Hi all, Just to give a warning a bout a pet nanny service via this website.

I used their service when we were on holiday abroad in South Korea. Our mistake was not checking her place before sending out cats as we were short of time,we only passed the cats at the gate, only when we pick up the cats we find out the terrible condition of the service. Upon going to the house in Cheras where the pets are boarded, I find the condition is horrible and dirty. The cats are crammed into 3 tier cages, I counted 7 cats in one, the rooms are not well ventilated and dark that I gagged because of the thick cat smell, I came at afternoon and I saw the cat litters overflowing with faeces. The house also have dogs who are let loose and poo on the floor, they definitely do not have a system . The animals are not attended most of the time as apparetly she will pet sit at the houses of her 'rich' clients.

The pet nanny(whatever that menas), is plump short mid age Malay lady who lives in with a younger boyfriend who probably does this for money only. This is not a racist slur but to allow you to know when you meet them. Chinese clients may be charmed that a Malay lady like her dont mind touch dogs.

She runs a website and recruits part time pet nannies like a pimp, this is how we found her, a friend recommended her page and she responded when we contacted.We used her because the rate was slightly cheaper than the rates at vet clinics and pet stores and we wanted to keep cost down as we were away for a week. I do not know their ability to take care of animals, but if she cant even provide a clean boarding place, I doubt the so called pet nannies are capable of taking care of your pets. She will brag how her clients are rich and such but that is just big talk.

What is worse and why i share this, is that our cat had fever after we picked them up and had to be put on antibiotics, the bill came at RM200. If they take care of them probably they should have treated them and not wait for owners to find out and no she is not a vet. They were probably cooped up in the 3 tier cage with other cats for several days, but this lady smart put them in a separate cage when we pick up but we can see the other 3 tier cages have nice long hair cats mixed with other breeds,

Send your pets to proper boarding centres. There are plenty of cheap ones in KL. However, visit the place before sending your pets.
