when is best time to bid for auction landed prop?

I saw a freehold double storey terrace house for auction with the first round auction price at 800k and after 2 rounds of no bidder, the price has come down to 648k.
I found that the similar units in same area are usually asking for 900k. I have also checked and found that the unit's arrears (as in maintenance fees) are still within my affordability.

do you guys think it is a good time to bid for it now or should still wait for the next few rounds? how low usually it can go for a landed freehold prop?

Whats is the possibility of meeting 2 ultra shit drivers on the same day in just 3 hours apart? Usually these are daily occurrences but today is just too much.

First case is while im on slow lane of Kesas at speed limit 80kmh enjoying my peace, one fella decided to overtake from emergency lane which is already narrow but still fly past at around 130kmh. Could you imagine what will happen if some car broke down there?

Second case is one fella decided to tailgate super close with intention to crash when there is moderate traffic in front and later decided to overtake from right exit lane when he already know he cannot make it yet still want to force into my lane. Later he overtook dangerously from the left and then continued to do that in front.

I have downloaded both videos but i do not have rear dash cam and my dashcam is 10 years old d..probably cannot capture the first incident's number plate as the car was just too fast.

I have had enough of this shit and will report to jpj but doubt we will ever improve. All these shit people just waiting to cause accident. And black tint just encourage people to hide behind their steering and show gangsterism.

When the majority people on the ground is already like shit, how do you expect the top people to be any better? Our leader is also picked from these pool of people.

Enough of my rant when today supposedly should be my good day.

I do not understand why this is moved to kopitiam when this is warrants serious discussion for the future of the country.

Hi..does anyone know what is the function of the 2 additional screws on the collar nut? There is no hole on the washer or the bottom of the faucet..how should i use them?

Tightening them will only push them against the washer..but only on 2 points

I think my morale has gone down coz work work work, get increment but in the end still faces deficit due to the depreciation

The feeling is like work hard for nothing..savings are eroding in value every day
