TNG GO+ now limit of rm9.5k is now 20k?

Hi anyone can help to check your tng go+ max limit to put in now what is the maximum? i dont know why today afternoon after I done a transaction, my ewallet balance suddenly transfer to go+,
then I was know that my capping suddenly upgrade to 20k? instead last time cap at RM9.5k

I not sure its only me , or everyone getting this. or just glitch?

First daily drive car

Looking for my first daily drive car and hesitating whether to get:

1) new low spec standard proton saga with loan (around 38k)
Or
2) a 8-9year used VW polo sedan (b segment) with cash (around 25k+)

Personally I liked the VW, for its brand, exterior and interior design and handling. but speaking of maintenance cost wise, then it may be the shortfall.

If I were to get the saga, I may be able to do grab car since it's a new car, but in terms of class and segment wise it will be a downgrade.

I'm really hesitating tho, if you were me, which would u choose?
Or go gangho abit and get persona instead? But it will be much more expensive around 50k.

Recently tendered my resignation without backup, and interview a company and surprisingly they gave offer the next day, which is very fast. Everything was seemingly ok, but resignation notice is 2month (abit long for executive level but is fine for me), but 2 things that concern me.
1. is there will be some OT expected but will not be paid.
2. Annual leave are not usable in the first year. (Eg. Start work in August22, then you will accumulate leave only usable on the next year which is Aug23.) This is abit weird, as it's my first time encounter this kind of policy.

Salary wise is average, knowingly that these terms is abit odd but I'm abit moved to take the offer, as I will be unemployed... Anyone mind to give some sincere advice? I'm willing to accept it be it good/harsh one. Thank you🙏🏻😢

Recently I was job hunting and a company offered me, salary wise is fresh and required high commitment to work, but they are willing to train me as I ventured into a new field. will be joining next month.
But will you still apply to job opening, attend interview and seeking offers around before joining new company after you had confirmed an offer?
because most of the time, they would want to confirm candidates respond within 3days else they will look for other candidates.

Can an employee delay a confirmation?

Can an employee delay signing of the confirmation letter? As I don't have intend to stay, as upon confirmation would need 3month notice period, and I'm buying some time to get a new job.

Have new job offer, but nostalgic to resign

Recently, I just got phone call for a new job offer, despite salary is about the same, but the company has a much much larger platform than my existing one. It's a different field, and something I would like to try out too, despite its further away from my house (25km) compare to my existing job (6km).

I have yet to resign from my job, and I kinda feel nostalgic to resign because my existing colleague is nice. But staying with my ex is very stagnant, both in terms of skills and salary too. Environment, colleague, benefit is good I'd say. There are times I feel that I should not be looking for stability as I am about to nearing 30's ish soon, and I will be left out by the market.

Maybe I am just so used to the comfort zone, and I aware that its hard to come by a company with good colleagues. But as time passed, I feel I am really stagnant both skills and pay and I should do something about it...

I might be jumping out of a heaven to hell in search of more skill and salary. but I guess I will probably get out of my comfort zone for real this time. I have overestimate myself, and I liked comfort zone more than what I think I was initially. Maybe it was how human are naturally..

Wonder k/ have any story of having a career change and moving out of comfort zone? How to deal with the nostalgia feeling

I have go to an interview thinking its a management trainee type of job..

things went okay on the interview, but in the end the interviewer has registered me in pce & ceili exam (I have to pay them back)..
and have scheduled a few session ahead for meet up..

The more I think about it after I have come back, the more I am hesitate about this..
I wonder if this career would against my will, as I dont like direct sales that is too agreesive or selling things to my friends/family..
I liked to keep my network as it is, friend is friend, no money/benefit involved.

But I know all these are just my perception about insurance...
I do have experience in retail sales, and I liked it as it is; not too aggresive, explanatory, choices on customers and not push type. but my perception on those CC/insurance is a bit bad and aggresive..

I wonder if I should continue this or complete the exam only see how it goes...
but deep inside, I think its good to learn as well, but the job nature might not suitable for me?

I have expressed my honest view in my heart, and I desperately need 2nd opinion about the next steps...

Comfort zone

I'm just 1year into the position, and I felt I'm in my comfort zone now.
I'm quite happy with the current position, colleagues is nice too.
But in terms of salary, and career advancement it's pretty much stagnant. There isn't much to learn really.

Will you leave if you're happy with your job?
But salary is low, and very very few learning opportunities.

It's kinda scary for me, because I might not know if my next jobs will be a disaster. But I wouldn't want to be the frog cooking in the warm water either...

Is it pathetic to earn?

Is it pathetic to earn 3k+ when you're about 30 fews years more?

I feel my job is just a job.. my salary is just for survival..
I don't like routine and become a salted fish, but I lack of vision..
I don't like being normal, I don't mind walking extra miles but I don't know where else I should go if I walked out of all these routine..

I'm willing to walk the extra miles, sometimes I do find part time to explore my interest, like exhibition and sales.. but I don't feel the passion there... I feel like I'm a salted fish looking at my journey till now... if I pulled out and looked at myself from a stranger perspective...

seems like digi are better bargin right? p30 at RM88 only, and p30pro around 120/month

hi k/, what do you think of people who always think himself is very good?
my manyzer always think he is so good and kind...
whenever he deal with us, he always told us these and something like if u go outside/other company they dont care, if u go outside is worst etc etc...

what do you think this kind of people? I feel he is on another level of self praise....
I just dont want to say out... my previous manager even more rajin and helpful, but dont brag these....
Sometimes he want us to entertain him, but cant stand us chatting with him because it makes his department looks like very free..
padahal he is the most free one and the one lure us to chat about his thing...
I dont know how to deal with him sometimes...

Shld I change my wifi router?

I am quite confuse to tech thingy.. I have been using maxis fibre and the thomson router that comes default..
I think its been 6-7years since...
I dont know if changing a new router (like got dual band etc) will makes speed better?
coz especially on night time, there will be 3person in my house and it gets slow once shared...

any budget router to recommend? usage will be around 3person, usage is quite demanding like gaming, youtube surfing etc... probably I will buy online as well...

Career Change

recently been keep thinking about career change...
bought some books too bout career change etc...

seems like its not that I am not ready for change, its that I dont know what change I need...
most of the books and ebook I read teaches us on how to change and the transition....
could started off from hobbies, part time, friends introduction, self studies etc...
but they never really teach on the realization part.... on what you could be and the possibilities...
I think I am on the exploration stage... once I have a direction, I am really want to get out of my comfort zone...

its almost 2years I been telling myself to get out and make this change...
but I couldn't think of anything I am suitable...
I have tried to search for part time job after my working hour, and I even been tricked to join MLM without my realization...
my motive was not so much on money at first because its exploration... I am looking for a career that suits me, that I wont drag myself to work, that I can get addicted to work without the 9-6 mentality...

I really liked CSR and social contribution, but that does not feed me...
I still do it on weekend as volunteer to break my routine mindset, and getting more ideas with more people from different background..
recently been thinking to teach, but I am not prepared yet...
I knew I need to make this change, but I dont know what I could be...

Can Introvert Become Sales Person?

I myself is an introvert and I am very clear and sure about this since I was small..
but recently I feel I need a breakthrough for my income and some part time job...

I went to some interview and this company has this special casual type of interview whereby you talk with lots of people...
its more like personality test, but a practical one...
I talk with about 10-20 working colleagues over there one shoot continuously, by introducing and having some chat and sharing of the company business....
and yet today I feel so drained.... I am not sure if its really not for me or I am just not getting used to it...
I used to worked in office, so mostly I only deal with those whom I known and mostly internal people...
yesterday 12am only reach home, straight away sleep without bath...
It's a great experience, but my current state I feel so drained out and couldn't concentrate at my job...
but I very keen on getting more income...

anyone who known himself is introvert and is a sales person? mind to share your breakthrough?

Part time side income -Grab Car worthy?

I am having a thought to look for part time job after 7pm during weekend, and some full day part time for saturday and sunday.

I am currently driving an old car. So would probably need to loan to get a new car, maybe axia to do Grab after work...
Just a question here, is it worthy to go into driving grab now? especially like me who can only commit on a part time basis, as I got full time job during day time...

Has the driver incentives goes down as what are all the people saying? my area is around cheras, but I am highly mobile, in fact I like driving around

Do share your part time grab experience, and of coz you can share your average committed time and income if you dont mind
