VW Scirocco Steering Control Buttons Spare Parts

HI All

I've been searching far and wide for Volkswagen Sirocco Steering Control Buttons Spare Parts

Was at VAG and even they said I have to look for second hand parts, as they don't even bring in the OEMS'

the closest i found to this was from Aliexpress image below, however they do not put Sirocco on the list as compatible.

SO i was wondering if anyone has tried this before from Aliexpress? and does it work?
Or is there anyone or spare part supplier i can go to to ge this parts replaced ?

The controllers are no longer responsive and when I press them sometime they work and some times they don't.

Its really frustrating and starting to really get on my verves..

Both sides are faulty now, to view mileage and other setting sand the controller for my radio volumes ...

My car is no longer under warranty so i would not rather go through the official Volkswagen Malaysia if possible as i know they tend to slaughter the crap out of you when they get the opportunity.

Anyone or car sifus here care to help or point me into the right direction?

i got a friend who has settled returning a p1 wimax many years back and returning the device. now they are receiving threats that they will blacklist them on CTOS, should the debt not be settled. Do they have that right.

To this date i have requested thrm to provide my friend the authorization letter from P1, no reply.

Also heard last week thry send people to thr home address, not sure who they represent. P1 or The bedt collection agency, if they are the debt collection agency then it would be illegal as well based on my understanding.

We have requested them to provide an authorization card and to call us at specific times, buy no respond. It seems they are continuing their methods of harrasment and threats. We know our rights if a debt is owed. Frankly its almost 6 years ago.

Anyone knows or who stay here at Sentrio Suites, Desa Pandan, knows if the area is billed under commercial or residential for its residential Condo? I was about to make a rent booking in the area, and my agent told me that the management is taking the initiative to change the strata from commercial to residential, but upon calling the management office tel: 03-92010662 in Sentrio,

They mentioned that this is still in process, and most owners have not signed or fill in the form to change this. Now even if the rent is reasonable but the electrical bill will eat into monthly expenses, so it makes no sense.... We were wondering why the rent was reasonable, but now it makes sense.

From what i understand each owner will need to do their own individual submission to TNB?

When i asked the agent to provide me info on this Commercial Billing to change to Residential he send me the below attachment.

Got my VW Scirocco overheating to 105 degrees recently. 5 years. Went to a few mechs. one say water pump issue. Charged me 1.5 k ++ not inclusive of other charges, like fluid, manpwer and the pump belt. One more said os radiator leaking, quote another 2 k plus service, and pump is fine, need to know what else any of you experienced. I suspect the radiator is old and dirty just t needs to be washed. Water level goes down when driving. Stationary for 2 days no drop of water level. Only while being driven. Anyone?

At one point in my life, I was almost convinced that buying my own property will take me on the road to a sound investment and also asset, however with the over supply of choices and very little room to make a margin today, I am wondering if we are at the peak of our, property bubble, which may burst at any time. Considering income is not an issue I think renting provides me more choice and flexibility, without the commitments, but others still say, owning your own property is also considered an investment for the value of properties will only rise, but if we keep building, is that still True? confused.gif

Im in search of a few properties, and I noticed some provide furnished options and some don't, it is said they make 2times more for charging the buyer the furnished items, and non furnished houses provide you discounts and rebates up to 50k, justifying you can use the money to renovate your home, however are these actually the cost they could have saved not performing the renovation themselves? Because I do not think 50k is sufficient for a 1850sf home with 3 bedrooms selling at $704K, and those selling at $650k fully furnished but ready units, are only at 1045sf or so...
