Do I need to register as a business

So I'm into graphic design and I've been asked by friends and some friends of friends to design stuff for them, and they've been paying me a "fee".

I've also got a website - More personal than commercial, I would say.

More and more inquiries are coming in, and I'm taking on more projects, some are larger corporations that require me preparing invoices for them.
All these are from word of mouth, and I do not promote/advertise.

I'm from Malaysia.

Do I have to register myself a business (Sole Proprietor?) to keep receiving/charging fees ? Or Is it alright if I'm just charging it in name as a "Personal fee"?

A classic L lens. Known for being sharper than its successor, the 24-70. Pictures it takes are sharp with very good contrast ! Great condition. Clear clean glass and smooth zoom and focus rings! (Check DXO lens rating and other reviews!)

A great all purpose zoom lens. Its a classic for being a sharp EF lens! Google around and you'll see great reviews of this classic lens. Theres a "cheaper" version made in hong kong with aperture of 3.5-5.6 and plastic mount. This one is the JAPAN version with METAL mount.
