Voice Service Not Registered

Went on 192.168.1.254 and saw my voice service is not registered, when go into Toolbox>Telephony there is no "configure" to click. Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

VOIP Not Working

My VOIP hasn't been working seen last week, I have no overdue bills or anything (Maxis Acc number 1895113163). Would like a response from Maxis on what is the problem and how long before its fixed.

Streamyx termination

Applying for Maxis Fibre, when they called me the first time I didn't really ask about whether I have to terminate Streamyx first before they can install. So thats me messing up abit, but now they just called me again for reminder call before the Monday installation saying I have to terminate the ****ty Streamyx before they can install.

Streamyx line is under my father's name, so what does he need to prepare to terminate it? And usually how long does it take? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help
