How to apply permit for roof repair?

My house needs to repair roof due to leakage, work including waterproof system installation and rearrange roof tile.
Does anyone has experience in applying permit for roof repair in KL area? Can you please share what's the process and estimated cost for the permit?

Unifi cable connector

I just had Unifi installed 2 days ago, they charged me RM140 for additional 2 connectors. The cables were done during renovation and they said needed the extra connectors. I was busy and couldn't check them all the time during installation. I'm not sure how the connectors looked like, but now I felt being cheated for the charges. Have I?

Anyone had the same experience?
