Njoi Decoder Problem - Advise Needed

I used the old Astro Decoder for my Njoi programme for almost two years. The decoder stopped working (No power) a few days ago. I asked around and I was told that the only option I have is to subscribe for a new Njoi account, meaning to pay for a new subscription. Is it true? They also told me that looking for an used Astro decoder will not solve my problem because the SMARTS card won't work with other Astro decoder. Njoi makes it so SMARTS? I am in contacting with Njoi Service Support but their response is VERY VERY slow. I hope I can get some advises from those who has encountered a problem with their Astro Decoder in this forum.

Need help for ADT Alarm

Hope this is the right forum for me to post my problem. I have an ADT alarm installed many years ago. Recently, the alarm sometimes auto-trigger when switching on/off a light. I had installed a new battery but it does not help. In addition, the new battery also won't get recharged. Anyone can advise how to fix? or anyone has any good recommendation which shop to go for at Butterworth?

Asus T100 Quality

I bought a T100 this week. Immediately after the setup, I noticed that the display unit get disconnected automatically from the Keyboard Dock even with a small vibration, i.e. when the volume set to high during watching movie. I searched through the internet and find many onwers experienced various quality problems. One of them has encountered the quality problem on the replacement units and he said he won't give a 3rd tries.
Though I have successfully returned the unit I bought, I am skeptical to try a second time. Maybe some of you can shade some lights.

Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) has been around for quite some time now. Though government has provided various incentives such as like tax rebate up to 28% and free RM500 for youth, there are still people have yet to invest into this scheme. I am starting up this forum to listen to you on whether you have and have not invested. In addition, do share in this forum why you are investing or not investing.
