How to write appeal letter to my HR depart

Guys,
I need help here.. i was under contract with my current company but the problem is currently i got new job with better pay from my current company. My question is how do i write letter to appeal to the HR Department so that i only pay the left over month or mayb can waive the contract. i know someone did this in my company.

I really need help here..

I just bought Belkin ADSL2 + modem with wireless-G router, when i got home i realise that my internet connection is a DHCP, means from my internet cable straight connect to my computer without modem.
Can i use the belkin and how to setup it so that i can use wireless. Thank in advance.. really appreciate any feedback here..

Guys i'm goin to US next month and planning to buy few stuff from there also(including canon dslr camera).. here is my question..

1. What is the different between canon EOS 40D and 400D beside the information that i got from internet like
6 fps vs 3 fps, liveview, 3200 iso.. is all that make big differences between this 2 camera..

2. what is the different between asian and US canon camera.? is there any risk if i buy US version?

3. if i buy canon 400D and upgrade my lense, would it be better idea..? or should i just buy the 40D..?

4. i'm more interested shooting potrait and landscape which camera should i go for? 40D or 400D..? or other
DSLR brand camera?

Guys..
I just bought a new samsung U600 with a samsung WEP210 bluetooth headset. The problem is my U600 cannot detect the bluetooth headset.. How am i gona pair the phone with my bluetooth headset.. any of u guys out there can help me??

one more thing is i bought a FMG phone but inside oni got 1 ringtone and poly sound(for msg) is that normal??

UV bulb or lamp

I gona build my own uv light for eitching purpose.. but suddenly my friend told me that its very hard to find uv light especially bulb type..

anyone here know where to buy this type of uv light.. when to pasar road already.. they sold something like flourensen type about 2 feet.. for me thats too big.. not portable already..

P/S: few project in mind.. such as power supply.. 3v to 9v converter..

I cannot convert my avi movie which is 699mb to anyfile which less than 400mb without damage the video quality too much.. everytime i convert it become twice the size 1.2gb..

by the way i got Apex video converter & magic converter..

What happen to my external hardisk, suddenly my PC cannot detect it eventhough the casing light show green light.. it mean got 5V supply but how can the pc cannot detect the ext hd..

all happen when i play tenis game in my pc and suddenly my pc crash.. after that it never detect my ext hd anymore...

I subscribe my broadband from maxis since last year but recently my sister bought home the maxis wireless broadband .. my question is can my desktop computer have 2 internet at 1 time.. .. (maybe 1 for bt and the other for surfing internet..) coz my desktop got 2 internet connector, 1 is build in and the other is slot card ..

What is the different if we do degree in malaysia and oversea..?? izzit the quality.. course fees.. or maybe because length of time..?

i heard if we do degree 3 or 4 year here(malaysia), we can shorten the it if we do it oversea maybe only 2 years..

When i install my window XP, during installation suddenly it pop up VIAAGP.sys file cannot find.. it wasn't in the XP cd.. where can i find this file??

subtitle for divx dvd player

i have this problem.. recently i bought a dvd player which can play every movie that i download without problem it also comes with USB & Memory card reader... but the problem is it doesnt read my subtitle.. (but when i play in my computer it run perfectly).. why??

FYI.. what i did is, i just download my subtitle, rename it & put it together with the avi file in 1 folder. Run with my PC without problem but not with my dvd player..

how to include subtitle in the avi file?? coz i dont want to convert my avi files into dvd format or any other format..

Currently i'm working in a well know semiconductor company as a technical specialist, but the problem is i really want to work in oil & gasline.. i did apply from jobstreet & newspaper but never got luck .. for your information i only got diploma in electrical & electronic engineering with second upper result..

my question is..
1) anyone in this forum can recommend / introduced any company that hired diploma level to work offshore.

2) is there any advise for me to improve my chances.. (any related course that i can take and usefull in order for me to work offshore)

3) what is the most important thing that i need to put in resume (other than experience) that can widen my chances to get a job in this line
