RAID Question

i got this computer with using this motherboard

but unfortunately i have to change to this motherboard due the board just "die"..

anyway , my question is...i got 3 sata 250GB HDD (sata 1,sata 2 and sata 3)
the sata 1 and sata 2 i already make as raid o(striping) as running Windows and application
the sata 3 as normal data runnning like movie and music...

so if i change to a new motherboard, do i NEED to do anything setting so that the 3 SATA HDD will work as before.
or it is will be automatic configure so that i don't need to do anything...

i need ur guys advice and guide ...and thank you for viewing..i really appreciated that..
