Obviously she so many hints that likes me and flirt alot last time,i even haven't tell my heart condition yet but recently she cold to me so i ask her, she said dont even like me from the start

Hi there, know her for 2 months, everything going well with outings, at first i just wanna treat her as friend but the times goes on and now many hints that she like me, of course i like her too...

BUT she doesnt know my heart condition yet. (My heart condition might need an open heart surgery in short future)

So when is the right time to tell her my condition? Or end just this friendship? Any other good advise??

UPDATE: I havent tell her yet but I decided to tell her everything before moving into relationship... I will respect her any decision. Dont worry guys, i last time did tell the other girl my condition before but at last she didnt choose me, i dont blame her, but sad haha... AND also i do plan not to have baby... My family dont have history of heart disease, i am the unlucky one...

So this girl find me back on last year September because she already broke up around July 2022 i think, so she ask me want to go to her state and "try" with her (Try means chase her)...

I said ok because i still like her, i will go there May this year... So last year Christmas, New year 2023 and this year Valentine we celebrate together (I went to her state to celebrate with her 3 times), so far quite well and text with her everyday with some phone call. One of the phone call, we talk about like if dating how long then marriage? So far looks good... And i also got ask her in phone, is it you like want to find a someone better than me? She said no lah...

But last 2 week she seems cold to me but still got reply me lah and i found out some of her fb story that set me cant see (I use another fb to see her story). Got one story is her photo with a man, not sure they are old friend or what lah but why set me cant see?

Is she hiding from me or she just dont want me to ask if i can see it???

I think i need to prepare the sadness incoming... Damn she already hurt me once and now she wanna hurt me again???!!!

IF she really hurt me again i think i will not reply to her anymore!

Just last month which is January 2022, she told me want to become nun and so on...

And today she just told me she got bf already... This really hurt me so much

I know I cant do anything already to stop her, and she also said we still can be friend... which I want still be friend but I know its gonna continue to hurt me

For me LOVE its the 1st priority in my life.

I just wonder why she change her mind so fast... Do all girls like that??? If you were me do you want still be friend?

So recently we talked in person about feelings, she said dont have feel now. In future she said dont know but she also said dont put my hope high. She got other few chasers too. She so far also no feel to other chasers too. I think i am the weakest one between others.

Last time we flirt alot actually but i think now she got many chasers then she want to choose the better one i guess... She also said chasers made her bother alot and no time.

We now consider good friend though and also we are in different state. I really like her very much, i plan to move to her state and continue as good friend and hope she will develop some feel.

So if you were me, what you gonna to do? Give up? Or continue chase?

Having more headache and dizziness (Update)

Before vaccine I already have headache and dizziness so after my Friday 1st dose vaccine (Pfizer) now getting more headache and dizziness, panadol seem not working.

So should i go to ER?

If yes, can i straight go to hospital serdang without any letter ? (I only have appointment buku which the date is August) (My all medical records there) and I stay at KL

Update:
Went to ER yesterday, check blood and ECG, they give me ubat tahan sakit and let me go home. Actually i dont feel good after the vaccine. Can i reject the second dose?

Can i renew my license tomorrow?

Testicle sore / numb / abit pain

I having this sore / numb / abit pain on my left testicle yesterday, this morning and afternoon seems okay but now having again.

Actually i dont know how to describe the feeling, is just feel weird and more on the uncomfortable side than pain. Too much for fap can cause this sensation?

I afraid having testicular torsion but my left testicle is lower than right and no swelling.

Can i go straight to the government A&E? Because i dont have any medical card for private

Should i stop my part time job?

I been cough over few weeks, last week went to er for chest pain and they said not related to heart, so they suspect me got Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) and gave me a refer letter to klinik kesihatan for TB workup (test). So i already went to klinik kesihatan yesterday and have my appointment for TB test, need to take xray, blood test, skin test, sample test.

My symptoms is cough (not very bad but sometimes i felt my chest heavy, tight and pain), flu, feeling cold but no fever.

So anyone here got TB before and any advise to me?

Anyone done MRI with contrast

So later on evening today, i got a mri brain appointment at government hospital for my dizziness and headache, what i afraid now is the mri contrast, do you guys got any side effects for it? Can i request non contrast mri? I done ct scan with contrast and results is clear but got palpitations as side effect

As you guys can see some of my previous topic are about health problem of me, so currently she appear in my life. Yeah she knows my health problem too (i told her about it at beginning of the friendship) and she earn way more than me, but suddenly last week, we are in flirting stage already.

Then i been thinking about do i really can take care of her? / can make her happy? and other similar question to myself... But one thing i can sure about that i really like her.

As you can see my previous topic before, i got heart defect since birth, right now heart is ok but cant do heavy work and currently got headache and dizziness due to blood thickness, follow up at hospital, they no give any medication for the blood thickness but i having my medication everyday for my heart.

Now i having a part time job, 3 days a week data entry and the pay is not enough for me, i wanted to find more money but that headache and dizziness is keep stopping me to move more forward. Sometimes i feel my life is so hard...

Any advice to me?

Anyone here got experience first meet with your online friend (opposite gender of course) ?

Today i met my online friend, she came here for business purpose for few days then after that she need to go back her state. We have a quick meet up in a restaurant. I not a talkative and very normal looking person and i dont know got boring situation or not for her while she is quite pretty and have a better job than me. She only got one hour for me, so we chit chat about the things we texted in fb before, she do got laugh and smile in the conversation but sometimes she look bored or tired face i dont know... After one hour i and her left the restaurant and she go her way and i go mine with a casual bye.

I not sure got second hangout or not...

Extra detail: We know through fb then we text (not everyday though, but everyweek)

Bone marrow testing

Next 2 week i gonna have bone marrow testing because doctor want to find out why my blood is thick and symptoms that i have is headache and dizzy which is annoying...

So anyone here had done this test before please share your experience to me... What i worry is the pain...

I have this headache and dizziness over 5 month and i went to this chiropractic clinic 3 month ago so on Wednesday, i went to chiropractic clinic, they pop my neck and spine and needle to release muscle tension on my back shoulder.

After done then i walking to a food stall to bungkus and i carry a pineapple on my left shoulder along the way, after bungkus i walk to bus stop, before reaching bus stop, my left back shoulder and chest pain suddenly and i hard to breath if my body is straight so i bengkok my body. When bengkok body the pain is lesser and can breath. My heart rate is seem normal that time but i sweat alot because scare .Then i take a taxi and went back home. I call chiropractic clinic, they said is muscle clam...

The next day i went to normal clinic, the doctor heard my heart and lung sound and seem normal.

Now my body can straight and no pain but when breath my neck and shoulder is uncomfortable and sometime i feel my chest crackling. (feel that crackling when sitting on car (bump) and switching side on bed)

So my question is Should i go to hospital to check more detail and the crackling chest sound? Or i just worrying too much?

My story

So i born with heart defect (PDA) , now i am 25yo , detected another heart defect last year (bicuspid aortic valve) .
The bicuspid aortic valve is still in good condition so no need do anything . I also got pulmonary hypertension because of pda (High lung pressure) .
Just 3 week ago i went to a procedure to close the pda hole , and procedure went smoothly (Pda closure device) .
So yesterday went to follow up , the doctor say heart is fine , that device sit there perfectly , the lung pressure is reduced but still high (Doctor increased the dose of Viagra) .

What i feel before procedure :-
Chest pain , discomfort on chest , palpitation , sometime shortness of breath and other small symptom .

After procedure :-
Still got some chest pain and discomfort on chest (Doctor say is normal since i got this pain before and for a long term before procedure) , i can feel the palpitation is lesser and heart rate slower than last time . Still sometime feel like not enough of breath , i visited to ER but they say everything is normal ...

So now i hope my lung pressure can be reduce more and become normal person
