Hi seniors

I'm currently thinking whether to upgrade my current rig or buy a new rig, I wonder if this spec, with upgrade on especially GPU, can it run further for 3 -5 years? Appreciate your advises.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 @ 3.20GHZ
GPU: MSI GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 8GB DDR3
PSU: 550W

Most of the times now I would play Rainbow Six Siege, Watchdogs, Cities Skylines, CSGO at 1920x1080. I'm planning to get more games like LA Noire, MGS5, Watchdogs 2, Total War 3 Kingdoms, Wildlands, Gears 5.

Edit: normally I tend to enjoy a game's story more than graphics, so gaming in Mid to High graphics is sufficient for me in any games.

Where to buy putu mayam in Masjid Jamek area

Are there any places that sell original putu mayam in Masjid Jamek area, in the morning (roughly around 9.00am)?
Cuz I travel to work using LRT both Sri Petaling and Kelana Jaya line.

I went into one of the mamak today and bought one, the guy took it from a plastic bag and "ovened" it for a few minutes then charged me for RM1.00 per pc! I bought 3pcs. And I asked for santan and gula, the guy even said "tak ada"! So I just came to work and put my own sugar lol. It was a let down.

Anyone can suggest to me? Out of Masjid Jamek area also no problem (make sure near LRT stations haha).

I want to ask that is just changing my graphic card enough for playing games like GTA V, MGS V, some 2010+ year made games.

Here are my specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X6 1055T Processor 2.8Ghz

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4250

Total RAM: 1.7 GB ( Ori 2GB)

I am newbie towards hardware stuffs, so let me know more infos about upgrading PCs if you have any. Thank you very much.
