Is Maxis selling the OnePlus power bank?

It might re-direct you to the Malaysian site, which perpetually says, "Visit a Maxis Store to purchase a OnePlusOne". But, I'm looking for the power bank.

Maxis-bought device return policy?

Hi! What's Maxis' return policy on devices? I can't find anything on their website, I'm currently phoneless, and live 1.5h from the nearest store.

I tried to use their "Live Chat", but I use #Hotlink which apparently cannot use Maxis "Live Chat".

I've heard some quality control issues with the OnePlus One and, if the first one I get isn't up to par, I don't want the hassle of RMA'ing, etc. I'll just pick another phone.

Any Group SMS (not group MMS) services?

Hi! My problem: I'm trying to group message my flatmates, but one of them just has a dumb phone (only SMS/MMS). I could create a normal group message, but it will be MMS and expensive.

In the USA, there is a service called GroupMe (scroll down to "It even works over SMS"). Basically, when you create a group on the site, it creates a new phone number for that group. You just SMS that number and it sends an SMS message to everyone in the group. Then, anyone in the group can reply to that number and it will send a reply via SMS to everyone in the group.

However, GroupMe via SMS doesn't work in Malaysia. I've tried a few times and been back and forth with their customer service--no luck. Is there anything like this in Malaysia? Or any other ideas? WhatsApp, etc. won't work because one of my flatmate's has a dumb phone.
