PC sometime can boot, sometime cannot

Hello sifu,

Just recently my pc sometime cannot boot. It gives out 5 short beeps when it happen. PC is really new, I built it myself sometime last March. It was doing ok, boot well. But last week it starts making long beeps during use.

At first I thought RAM not enough, because I saw memory usage spiked really high when the long beep start. Then I add another 8gb RAM. Still long beep out of nowhere, but this time, I notice it makes the long beep sound when hardware going 100% usage. I tried re-seat RAM. And then, when I tried to boot, that is when the 5 short beep start. Now the symptom change. I looked up online, it says CPU problem. Then I tried re-seat CPU, RAM, GPU, even do CMOS clear. Even then, the 5 short beep come out. I looked at the motherboard, I don't see any bent pins. Look at CPU also doesn't seem to have defect from what I can see. The PC was running fine until a last week.

Oh, and, what I notice, is that, if I'm restarting the PC, no 5 short beeps, computers boots up normally. And if I shutdown (from normal use), but then quickly turn on PC back again, no 5 short beep, boots normally. BUT, when I try to turn on PC after shutdown for a period of time, that is when the 5 short beep come out, then the PC won't boot. I have to hold power button, and then press it again, only then it sometimes can boot. It's not consistent. Now I'm at a loss. My friend suggest CPU problem. Claim warranty. But, I want to know which hardware is malfunctioning.

Here are my Specs:-

CPU: Intel i3-10105 f
CPU FAN: Stock Intel cooler
Mobo: Gigabyte H410m H v2 (1.0 ver) (LGA 1200)
RAM: Hyper X FURY 8gb 3200 Mhz (x2)
PSU: CORSAIR CV 450
GPU: Gigabyte 1050 ti 4gb (used)
Storage : Silicon Power A55 SSD (120 gb)
WDC 2.5" HDD (1TB)
Toshiba 2.5" HDD (1TB)
Western Digital Black M.2 (500gb)

Here's an imgur link for of the mobo's cpu socket picture if anyone wants to look and be sure that the thing's not bent:- https://imgur.com/a/717Oqza
