1 unit of Microsoft Surface Pro 4 to let go. Basic specifications include Intel Core i5, 128GB SSD and 4GB RAM. Comes with the Microsoft Surface Type Cover (Black color) and the Surface pen.

The condition of unit is still quite new, as minimal usage only (used it for travel and company presentation only). Being protected in a laptop sleeve, with the tempered glass screen protector.

Bought it in June 2016, from Harvey Norman Ikano Power Centre. Still got warranty left till next year June 2017. Bought it at RM 4,978.00. Original receipt will be provided for warranty claim purposed.

Item(s) conditions: No visible scratches on the body, all still in pristine condition. There is a stain mark on the top bezel of the screen though, but it does not affect the Retina display and camera (refer to the photo below).

Other faults: The Bluetooth interference with the WiFi when both are on and connected. Already sent to Apple Service Centre to diagnose, and they said its the software fault. Reformatted the machine, and was ok for awhile, before the problem came back. Solution now is that I do not connect to Bluetooth devices anymore since then.

Just wondering if I am able to do a survey with you guys on some shopping mall information, especially on the retail lots/tenants, with info such as average lot size, average rental rate, and number of lots available for that shopping mall.

The shopping malls I am targeting are:

1. Main Place, USJ
2. USJ 19 Mall
3. One City, USJ
4. Da Men Mall, USJ
5. The Summit, USJ
6. Empire Shopping Gallery, Subang Jaya
7. Subang Parade, Subang Jaya
8. First Subang Mall, Subang Jaya

The infos I'm looking at are:

1. Average retail lot size in the shopping mall
2. How many retail lots each shopping mall has
3. Average rental per square feet per month for those shopping mall
