Port Forwading on Unifi router

I am looking into hosting a game server where friends can join to play together.

My unifi router is DIR-X3060Z, i have tried to enable the Port but it doesn't seem to work out.

Has anyone Port Forward this particular model? I am using unifi 300mbps

Where or How should i complain if I'm dissatisfied with certain traffic police at some junctions?

Which traffic police you ask? Jalan Kuching ones, traffic is smooth when they are not present.
