Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Scheduling Issue

I got a new Xiaomi X20 pro recently, after owning a Xiaomi 2c for a couple of years which is still working.

My 2c works fine, running a few times a week. However, for the X20pro, I'm not sure why the scheduling does not work. I set it to run once a week via the same app, however, at the preallocated time, it does not run (I've made sure it is not due to DND time)

Anyone know why this happens? I have to press manually on the app to have it run.

Lazada return shipping

How long does it take for lazada to ship you your item after your request for return rejected?

1. Sent to lazada for return. Arrived at their warehouse. It took 2+ week for them to review the return, then rejected in a few hours without consulting customer..

2. Chat customer service tell us that they can't do anything, to raise for return again after receiving back the item..

3. Since reject, been now 1+ week still at lazada warehouse haven't ship back to customer yet..

Total in lazada warehouse: 3-4 weeks and still counting.

how to return again.. 1 month the thing stuck at their warehouse.. I've talked to their customer service like 5-6 times d (quite useless, they aren't solving any issues, just kicking the ball down the road)

Their return refund process is memang lapsap.. will consider many times before buying with them again.

After discussing with customer service and they advised us to return.. the return can still be rejected after sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks waiting for their checking..

A lot of the stores have been recommending alpha fan which seems highly popular recently..

As they had the sizes we wanted, we took the plunge and decided to go with them as they offered 5-10years warranty..

However, i must say their service leaves much to be desired.. after contacting them.. it really takes their maximum 7 working days to get back to us..

And then.. their service team only comes to Penang Island twice a week.. so it took over 2 weeks just to service

Recently we also needed to service KDK fans and they came within a week..

So, really KDK is the bestest if you ok with 1 yr warranty

Dari maklumat yg diperolehi dari beberapa sumber, dikatakan banyak kawasan di Pulau Pinang bakal berhadapan masalah bekalan air dalam tempoh jangka masa 2-3 hari atau berkemungkinan dikhuatiri berlarutan hingga lepas raya haji disebabkan banjir kepala air yg berlaku di Baling beberapa hari lepas.

Dikatakan air terlampau keruh dan tak dapat pump masuk ke loji rawatan air di Loji Sungai Dua, SPU.. Jika benar, diharap pihak PBAPP Penang dapat keluarkan satu kenyataan rasmi kepada warga Pulau Pinang.
