letter I`ve sent on 3rd November 2008 by poslaju and reached on 4th
November 2008, and from the content of the letter you will understand what's the real different experience I had with them.

To those who have good service from Nasim, good for you. But for me, it`s
an unfortunately disappointing experience.

To whom it may concern,

Refund of Downpayment

(Note: This is an improvised version of my email dated 17 October 2008 (1
copy sent) and 23 October 2008 (2 copies sent). The reason I sent this mail
through Pos Malaysia is because I do not own a fax machine, and your
company mail server has not been “functioning” for half a month since 17
October 2008 until 31 October 2008.)

I would like to officially file a complaint regarding numerous issues I
faced during my request in refunding my downpayment for a Black Premium
Naza 206 Bestari, which includes:

1. How can a company accept booking fee, even allow customer to sign
Hire-Purchase Agreement without reserving the car as agreed, and only
inform the customer that it is a limited edition, and the customer has no
choice but to choose other limited options? May I ask, don’t Nasim has a
standard procedure on this matter?

2. I’ve yet receive an answer from anyone in Nasim that is able to inform
me when will I be able to get back my downpayment. May I ask again, don’t
Nasim has a standard procedure on this matter?

3. I’ve been told by all parties that it is not their job to execute the
refund procedures. Nasim Klang said it is HQ’s job, while Peugeot Care Line
told me it is Nasim Klang’s job. Again may I ask, don’t Nasim has a
standard procedure on this matter?

Attached along this mail are documents contain my letter of cancellation,
offer to purchase form, and also downpayment receipts (amounted to
RM9888.00) received from Nasim Klang.

Please take note too I have made extra payment for JPJ-related expenses
(RM350) and also car accessories (RM162) to the sales agent name K. S.
which I have yet receive any official receipt.

For your follow up, here I provide some details of the entire process as
I`m dealing with Nasim Klang and Peugeot Care Line (Customer Service
Department).

26/9- I made enquiry on Naza Bestari 206, the SA (Mr. K. S.) agreed to
offer me a 206 Black Premium at the discounted price of RM63800 (Original
price at RM71888.00 with RM8000 discount and SA personal discount at RM88).
On the same day I paid my booking fee (RM300), JPJ-related expenses (RM350)
and car accessories (RM250).

4/10 - I made the payment of RM9500 by CIMB cheque (<snipped>) to the Mr.
K. S..

6/10 - I signed the Hire-Purchase Agreement from a Public Bank Banting
personnel in Nasim Klang.

9/10 – Mr. K. S. called me up and informed me there`s no Black Premium
available, and left only 1 quicksilver and 1 Aegean Blue Premium.

10/10 - I inform Mr. K. S. by SMS stating I want black premium only and
request him to search for one as agreed (by the deal as I paid my booking
fee). He replied by saying he have checked 100% and there`s no black
premium left. I SMS him and ask why the company allows buyer to book a car
without confirming the availability of the car. He did not reply/call.

13/10 - I decided to cancel the booking and go to Nasim Klang approximately
5PM personally to meet him and inform him my decision. I submit the letter
of cancellation and he pass me a photostated copy of the letter and
receipts (RM9500, RM88). I ask for the remaining cash (JPJ-related expenses
- RM350, car accessories - RM162 as deducted the RM88 he made to HQ), he
told me he will pay me when everything is ready.

14/10 - I went to Nasim Klang approximately 4PM to look for Mr. K. S. and
he said his boss will submit the document personally to the HQ. Later he
informed me by SMS that Nasim HQ will call me next day to make
confirmation. There`s no call from HQ.

16/10 – Mr. K. S. SMS me and told me HQ ask him to reconfirm my intention
to cancel the booking, and he said according to HQ - it`ll take time for
refund. minimum 2 months. Approximately 2.46PM I called him and questioned
him why it take 2 months for refund and requested for HQ contact, I told
him specifically that if Nasim decided to drag my payment for 2 months, I
would not hesitate to write letters to newspaper, post entries on online
blogs/forum, and also resort to Tribunal for Consumer Claims for further
action. He said he will give me once he obtain from his boss. Till the next
morning I`ve yet receive any contact number from him.

17/10 - I made a call to Peugeot Care Line / Nasim to enquire on the
process of refund, and Ms. K. agreed to investigate the matter. She asked
me to email clic@naza.com.my with all details of my case – which I promptly
sent by 10:26 AM.

20/10 – I made a call to Ms. K. and follow up the case. She told me she has
opened the case and have talked to Nasim Klang on the refund.

21/10 – Ms. K. informed me Nasim Klang will do follow-up on this case as
the branch is in-charged of the refund procedures.

23/10 – I made a call to Ms. K. but was forwarded to Mr. S. and he told me
Ms. K. was on-leave and he agree to follow-up the case. As Mr. S. has no
access to my case, I emailed again to clic@naza.com.my all details of my case.

24/10 – I talked to Mr. S. as Ms. K. is again on-leave as informed by Mr.
S.. Mr. S. told me branch is in-charged of the refund procedures and have
advised Nasim Klang to proceed. I called Mr. K. S. and asked him on the
progress of refund, he told me it’s HQ job and not his, and he told me
Peugeot Care Line is lying. I informed Mr. S. on this matter and he say he
will follow up on this matter.

28/10 – Mr. K. S. called me and told me I MUST have to wait for refund as
he claimed I cannot expect Nasim to refund my money while I’m the one who
wanted to cancel the booking. I wish to state CLEARLY here whereby it is
Nasim Klang who DID NOT deliver its promise and made me NO CHOICE but to
cancel the order.

31/10 – I made a call to SA and he told me his branch manager is away for
training in HQ for two days. He told me he can only proceed my refund
procedure when his branch manager is back. I later called Peugeot Care
Line, and Mr. S. informed me he can do nothing and asked me to wait for the
branch to take action. It was then he told me that my case has yet been
opened by Customer Service Department and my emails didn’t received by Nasim.

I’m supposed to be an eager customer who is enthusiasts in getting a Naza
206 because of its “engineered to enjoy” motto. Unfortunately, my current
encounter with Nasim is otherwise.

I wish to reiterate I have lost interest in getting this car and I wish to
get back my refund.

Thanks, and I hope this time Nasim will not disappoint me.

18/11 - Nasim Customer Service, Mr. S called me and inform me the cheque is waiting for Sales Department to sign, and will inform me once the cheque is being signed and passed to Nasim Klang Branch.

2/12 - I made a call to Nasim Customer Service, and Mr. S told me the
cheque IS STILL WAITING for TOP MANAGEMENT to sign.

10/12 - Sent a facebook message to Mr. Samson Anand George. I wonder he reads my message or not.

10/12 - Sent a linkedin message to Mr. Dominique Dourouze.

15/12 - Called Mr. S from Nasim Customer Service. He say he can't check my refund status. Only Mr. K. S. (the SA) can check for me. (Another round of inconsistency, contradicting statement)

15/12 - Called Mr. K. S. and he say the cheque is yet signed and is in the "Tan Sri"'s room.

18/12 - Mr. Samson replied via facebook. Can't wait for my refund

4/1 - Mr. K. S. pass me the cheque and some cash. He say need a day to check where's my JPJ money.

20/1 - Today Mr. K. S. told me the JPJ guy will take some time to get back the money as now is Chinese New Year, have to run here and run there - BUSY. Heck.... I cancel the booking 3 months ago, 3 months not enough time to run here run there to get back my RM350!!!!!????
