Question DHL eCommerce shipping from Massdrop

Hi,

I recently have my Massdrop ALT keyboard shipped from the US, using DHL eCommerce shipping.

However, it seems like it's been stuck in KL, and it seems like I am getting different tracking info from DHL and Pos Malaysia, using the DHL GM tracking ID and local tracking ID.

DHL has the tracking stopping at arrival in KL

While Pos Malaysia has the tracking stopping at item posted over the counter in Germany

I am curious because according to DHL, the package had never gone to Germany..

I have contacted DHL, who claimed the package had been handed over to Pos Malaysia for final delivery on the 22nd, and asked me to contact Pos Malaysia if it doesn't arrive in 3 days..Meanwhile, I have not even got any reply from Pos Malaysia.

Anyone here has faced similar issue? Could my package be held by customs?
