Advice needed!

Pri Salve Disk S.M.A.R.T Status Bad, Backup & Replace. Press <F4> To Resume.

I keep getting this message when i attach my third hdd on start up. I press F4 to resume, the good things is i still can access to all my 3 hdd including the partition that i have made. FYI i have a brand new not so branded psu 500W and enough molex and sata connection for my optical drive and hdd.

I disconnect my 2 dvd writer and another 2 casing fans, because i think my psu not good enough to power up all my optical drive or my hdd. But the message still there until i remove one of my hdd.

Guys what exactly the problem here? Any tip talk would be very much appreciated
