NOT Permit for buying skincare oversea?

I bought some skincare from Korea and decided to use SF Express instead of EMS because EMS has a huge delay recently.
However I just received a call from SF Express that I need a permit to import skincare to Malaysia.

I'm asking because I have been buying skincare and what not from Korea since few years ago.
I never heard that a permit is required for me buy skincare oversea.

My options now are to show the permit to them, or return the items to seller or dispose the items.
Anyone know what is this permit and if it's true that permit is required?

Unsubscribe for Hotlink Viu free trial premium pas

So I subscribed for Viu three months free trial by Hotlink. It says if I don’t cancel, then I will be charged 3 months later but problem is I can’t cancel on my subscription page.

Help! I don’t want to be charge because I can’t even try to use Viu premium with the free trial I subscribed. Viu also has many complaints on their app store page.

Never received any contact from SF Express despite of them claiming they did. Says I failed to pay them but I don’t even know what, how much and how to pay.

Have been trying to call their customer service but no answer. Searched online, apparently I’m not just the only person who can’t reach their customer service.

Anyone work in SF Express or know anyone inside? My seller ask me to deal with SF Express but SF Express is not reachable for me to deal...

I love their chicken and sweet potato fries but their service is so inconsistent. Sometimes I come out from Nandos and don’t know why I pay for the 10% service charge.

Or this is Nandos strategy? Focus on the food, service cincai la.. as long as they get it the food on customer table and customer pay.

What is Nandos HR and training team doing? Based on the quality of the frontline staff, maybe they just gotten an admin staff to hire and train their frontline staff.

Umobile Slow Port Out

Before I start, I’ve 2 times experience in port out and I know what are the process and usual timeline for port out.

I submitted 1st port out request on 16th July and did not receive any sms for me to reply the important “YES”. I waited for 24 hours and call Umobile hotline on 17th July. They told me that they have sent me the sms. Desperately I even tried to reply to their non existence sms.

Troubleshooting step advised by Umobile Customer Support was restart and see if I receive the sms. I tried that before calling Umobile, no use. Then the CS ask me to wait for one hour and standard SLA is 3-5 days so what I can fo is just WAIT. The CS did not try to send the sms again but just trying to buy time.

After calling Umobile daily, I tried to Facebook message them. And they reply me that my request was rejected because I did not reply to their sms.

Then I called to Maxis to resubmit the request, still doesn’t receive sms and I go to Maxis center to request for resubmit again. Finally I received the sms but my “YES” is invalid for Umobile so I had to go all the way to Maxis Center again to resubmit. By this time, I have submitted 4 times port out request to Umobile.

And finally Umobile willing to admit that they received my “YES” yesterday. But still too fast to be happy because I’m still now under Umobile...

Hi, I want to open a saving account at Citibank, as I will be going to study in Korea and they have branch in Korea (which means no additional transaction fee for cash withdrawal).

I just left my previous company early this month for going to Korea next week, so I don't have a "proof" for my income. The banker not sure how I can be eligible to open an account at Citibank... I need to register under the place I stay here but it is under my mum's name and my mum is a housewife... so she just ask me to leave my contact number and she will call back...

Any idea how can I open an account without going through so much hassle? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I sent inquiry email to Fujitsu. The service center at PJ is no longer there.
Now, if you want your laptop fix by them, you need to send to Fujitsu service center in Cyberjaya.

I am planning to buy flight ticket for Vietnam Airlines. It is a connecting flight. Is Expedia and Skyscanner trust-able?

By the way, anyone tried Vietnam Airlines? Are they okay?
Air Asia is okay for me so I think Vietnam Airlines should be okay for me too. (Since Vietnam Airlines is a full service airline, supposingly better than Air Asia)

P.s.Sorry I am a noob on buying flight ticket. I only buy ticket from Air Asia directly before...

Heartworm for puppies

Hi, my puppies are 4 months old now and my vet advise us to give them heart worm prevention pills. He recommended us Heart Guard.

Just want to ask if the pills are really necessary?
And any other brand or other method recommendation?

I'm asking not because of the cost, just that I don't want to pump my puppies with too much of medicine and chemical. They just gotten their third vaccine and still on Frontline spot on to get rid of ticks. I don't see ticks anymore but I plan to give them one month more to make sure there is no ticks left. Now need to give additional medicine...

This is my first time having puppies. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciate. Thank you in advance.

Help! Ticks Problem TT

I have two Bichon puppies, they are 4 months old now and still have 3rd vaccine left.

When I found ticks on their body for the first time I thought it was just normal bugs so I pick it with my hand and throw it away. After that I found it on their body for a few more time so I search online and found out those were ticks...

Brought them to the vet and bought Front line for RM 90... he said can last for one month but after four days I found one big fat tick full with blood (the one looks like bean) on my floor...

Anyone know how can I get rid of them? Heard that bathing them with apple vinegar works but because my dog are still puppies, I'm scare just to use any method...

And would appreciate if anyone can recommend vet at Subang Jaya area. Thanks a lot in advance.

Should Malaysia ban Vape?

Went to tapao vegetarian mixed rice just now. One table of guys were sitting there and enjoying their vape like a boss.

Not my business I know but they sit beside the place where the owner put the vegetables, the "smoke" very conveniently spread to the vegetables (at least two times when I was there). End up my vegetables got the vape taste. Not kidding, there is fruity taste in my eggplant (I know it is not the chef problem, I'm a regular customer there).

My thought? Although smoking is not good too, at least they don't blow the smoke in front of your face or food.
People who vape thinks that the vanilla or fruit smell is very nice, can not wait to share with other people.
Waiting for day Selangor ban vape too
