MYR Salary VS SGD Salary

So I got a call today from a Singapore company and they asked me what is my current and expected salary.
This made me wonder, lets say I make 4k in Malaysia, how much should I ask for in SGD? If we follow the conversion rate. 2k SGD is about 5k MYR. I decided not to lower my standards and asked for 3.5k but they of course said it was too high for them (not my problem to be honest, take it or leave it).

So how much should I actually ask for in SG if I move there from Malaysia?

[Dilemma] Bank Negara vs HuaWei

Ok, so I got a call from this 2 companies and they are telling me I got shortlisted (IT position) and they are submitting my information for management approval. But here's the thing, I am not too sure which to pick now. So I would like to ask anyone out there who have information about BNM to kindly provide me some information, via PM if its P&C.

Some comparison that I've made out.

BANK NEGARA
Known
1. RM500(basic) + RM500(benefit) LESS than what Huawei is offering (keep in mind my salary is below the 4k range)
2. 24 days AL
3. Permanent position with 6-12 months probation
4. 4500-4800 "points" a year where you can claim items such as air fare, pay your bills, and so on (1 point = RM1)
5. After confirmation, able to apply for house/car loans with lower/0 (not sure which) interest rate.
6. medical + dental benefits including spouse and children
7. Awesome looking workplace.
8. Don't need own transport
9. Allowances depending on standby + off hours support needed
10. 15% EPF by employer

Unknown
1. How much estimated increment a year? (%)
2. How is the bonus?
3. Growing opportunities?

Huawei
Known
1. 1k more than BNM (500 basic + 500 transport)
2. 16 days AL
3. Contract position with auto renewal
4. 13th month bonus on early year
5.
6. Insurance card (not sure if spouse and children included)
7. Don't really work in office
8. Need a car
9. Night time working allowance + Fuel/mileage claim (not sure any more)
10. 11% EPF by employer
11. 10-15% increment a year
12. 2-4 months Performance bonus on mid of year
13. Possible training in China

Unknown
1. Growing opportunities?

It seems that long term wise BNM is a better fit due to the 0% interest rates (not confirmed) and seems to have better staff benefits but 1k of financial difference seems a lot.

BNM offers freshgrad 3k basic but for a person with 2 years working experience they are offering only slightly higher which seems kinda low for a company who offers 3k for freshgrads. Do you guys think HR is playing with me? Should I openly tell them that Huawei is offering this much and request them to up the amount or forget it? (BNM seems like a really nice place to work and it was my 1st choice before the offers came)

Anyways, anyone have more current information about bank negara could you please PM me the info?
